The sky was deep cool blue and cloudless when the sun rose on December 4, St. Barbara's Day, but by mid-morning ominous clouds began to form.
The spectacle was marvelous and at the same time somewhat mysterious because the clouds seemed to want to catch the sun and devour it like a predator devours its victim.
I am blessed that I live on the 16th floor and from my window I observe the most beautiful sunrises in Caracas, with rays of sunshine that awaken smiles and start beautiful days, as I also enjoy when the sun appears timidly in the rainy seasons, and I see how the clouds go in search of extinguishing every ray of sunshine.
It is like a dance in the sky that is orchestrated by mother nature.
I could not stay with this sky, with this sun, with these wonderful clouds and that is why I have come to share with you.

El cielo era de un azul frío intenso y sin nubes cuando salió el sol el pasado 4 de diciembre, día de Santa Bárbara, pero a media mañana empezaron a formarse nubes ominosas.
El espectáculo era maravilloso y a su vez como algo misterioso porque las nubes parecían querer atrapar el sol y devorarlo como un depredador a su víctima.
Tengo la bendición de que vivo en un piso 16 y desde mi ventana observo los más bellos amaneceres de Caracas, con rayos de sol que despiertan sonrisas y dan comienzo a días hermosos, como también disfruto cuando el sol aparece con timidez en las temporadas de lluvias, y veo como las nubes van en búsqueda de apagar cada rayo de sol.
Es como un baile en el cielo que es orquestado por la madre naturaleza.
No podía quedarme con este cielo, con este sol, con estas nubes maravillosas y por ello he venido a compartir con ustedes.
