Zingu and Ocean Healer - Fanart

Holo Everyone!

I think I am in love with ibisPaintX right now. At first, I felt that ibisPaintX was only an "ok" digital drawing app. That is until I found that there is an ibisPaint website and there are lots of tutorials for beginners. I watched the tutorial for beginners; it helped greatly in my drawing results. I now know how to use the layers effectively, I also found out that there is a great way to apply highlights, and shadow, and use the paint bucket and eye dropper effectively.

After watching the tutorial I put the knowledge I learned into this fan art. I am very happy with the difference in my drawing results after watching the tutorial. Check this drawing of mine before I watch the tutorial: https://peakd.com/hive-131131/@chenee/fan-art-young-forest-healer-and-wollio and compare that drawing to my latest drawing (below).

This drawing took me "14 hours and 7 minutes" to finish. It was kind of a long hour and got me a headache when I was about to finish but it was all worth it because I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Drawing process

Just like what I did in my first HoloZing fan art and what I saw from many artists who are using different colors for outlining or sketching drawings and then making a black outline for the final sketch I made an outline in blue color and then changed it to black color for the final sketch.
After I made the final sketch I started coloring Zingu, the head, and skin of the Ocean Healer.
Then I put color on the lower part of the Ocean heal, put highlights and shadow.

Final drawing

This is the final drawing after 14 hours and 7 minutes.
