A couple of days ago I rescued a little lost kitten, she was meowing at three in the morning at the window that overlooks the patio outside the house. Since she didn't seem to be comforted and it was about to rain, I went out to pick her up.
This little animal is quite a character, but it is cute, but as you see it, it rejoices in chewing the electricity cables and the charger cable for the phone.
I had to distract her and exercise her before she caused me a bigger problem, it's not bad intention she's just a puppy, they are like that.
This is in my opinion, since I remember perhaps the easiest and funniest toy to distract a cat, after the laser pointer. Made with recycling materials.
We will need:
*Scissors.
*Scotch tape.
*measuring tape.
*Strips of paper to cover.
*a piece of cloth (I used an old flannel).
*Nylon of any color, of good quality if possible so that it resists.

*A piece of branch or light rod (I had a piece of the one used to make parrots or kites)
I still have a good part of the roll of wrapping paper left, so I take advantage of it to take out a couple of strips of approximately 3 cm.
I measure and cut the branch or rod and the nylon to 110 cm, which is the measurement with which I am most comfortable, it is a matter of taste. The verada branch, which is how this type of material is known in my country, is resistant and extremely light.
We make the hole in the thin end of the branch and pass the thread through.
We fix the strip of paper at the tip with adhesive tape and line the entire body of the branch. It is to make it look nice. It can be painted, but he did not trust me. Hace ya un tiempo desde que publique en esta comunidad, ha sido por motivos ajenos a mi voluntad, pero si no se presenta otro impedimentos mas, ya puedo ir volviendo al tajo poco a poco.
Hace un par de días rescate una pequeña gatita perdida, estaba maullando a las tres de la mañana en la ventana que da al patio exterior de la casa. Como no parecía hallar consuelo y estaba por llover, salí a recogerla.
Es todo un personaje este animalito, pero esta ternurita, pero asi como la ven, se regocija en masticar los cables de electricidad y el cable del cargador para el teléfono.
Tenia que distraerla y ejercitarla antes de que me causara un problema mayor, no es mala intención solo es un cachorro, son así.
Este es a mi ver, desde que recuerdo tal vez el mas fácil y divertido juguete para distraer a un gato, después del puntero láser. Hecho con materiales de reciclaje.
Necesitaremos:
*Tijeras.
*cinta adhesiva.
*cinta métrica.
*Tiras de papel para forrar.
*un trozo de tela (yo use una franela vieja).
*Nailon de cualquier color, de buena calidad a ser posible para que resista.
*Un destornillador o un clavo muy delgado para hacer el agujero de pasar el hilo.
*Un trozo de rama o varilla ligera (tenia un trozo del que se usa para hacer papagayos o cometas)
Me queda aun buena parte del rollo de papel de forrar regalos, así que lo aprovecho para sacar un par de tiras de aproximadamente 3 cm.
Mido y corto la rama o varilla y el nailon a 110 cm, que es la medida con la que estoy mas cómodo, es cuestión de gustos. La rama de verada, que es como se le conoce así a este tipo de material en mi país , es resistente y sumamente ligera.
Hacemos el agujero en el extremo fino de la rama y atravesamos el hilo.
Fijamos la tira de papel en la punta con cinta adhesiva y forramos todo el cuerpo de la rama. Es para que tenga una apariencia agradable. Puede ser pintada, pero no me confió. El gato puede de que la muerda en algún momento y no le sienta bien tragar algún residuo de pintura. Después de todo es un cachorro, va a meterse en problemas de alguna manera.
Después que esta la caña forrada, y de que colocamos el hilo a través del agujero de la punta, cortamos una tira de tela reciclada, vale cualquier color. Lo que le llamara la atención sera el movimiento que le demos cuando estemos jugando con el.
