Buenos dias comunidad de #Hivediy para mí es un placer escribir por primera vez para ustedes. En esta ocasión vengo a presentarles un pequeño tutorial para la decoración rápida de una carpeta para guardar los documentos médicos.
Good morning #Hivediy community for me it is a pleasure to write for the first time for you. This time I come to present a small tutorial for the quick decoration of a folder to store medical documents.
Está idea surgió en vista de que hace algunos días tuve visitando los médicos y haciendo algunos exámenes a mi madre. Y entre tantas cúmulos de documentos de laborarios, órdenes médicas y otros decidí identificar y conservar toda esa información física en una carpeta específica.
This idea came from the fact that a few days ago I had visiting the doctors and doing some tests on my mother. And among so many accumulations of laboratory documents, medical orders and others, I decided to identify and keep all that physical information in a specific folder.

- Papel bond
- Marcadores azul y verde
- Creyones
- Lapicero y regla
- Tijera
- Silicón liquido

- Blue and green markers
- Crayons
- Pen and ruler

Como primer paso lo que hice fue arrugar las hojas de papel Bond de esta manera para luego estirar:
As a first step what I did was to wrinkle the sheets of Bond paper in this way and then stretch:
Seleccione esta carpeta pues me pareció bastante idónea para mí propósito y como puedes observar comencé a forrar con el papel Bond arrugado empleando silicón liquido.
Select this folder as it seemed quite suitable for my purpose and as you can see I began to cover with the crumpled Bond paper using liquid silicone.
En otra hoja dibujé una etiqueta llamada: Documentos Médicos la cual identifica el tipo de documentos a conservar. Para ello empleé marcador azul y creyon naranja.
On another sheet I drew a label called: Medical Documents which identifies the type of documents to keep. For this I used blue marker and orange creyon.
Una vez forrada toda la carpeta recorte la etiqueta y la ubiqué en la parte superior de esta manera:
Once the entire folder is lined, I cut the label and placed it at the top like this:
Luego cree otra para identificar los datos del paciente, marcando un rectángulo como se nota a continuación y también dibujé unas píldoras en colores naranja y verde que posteriormente recorte para ubicar en la fachada de nuestra carpeta.
Then I created another to identify the patient's data, marking a rectangle as noted below and I also drew some pills in orange and green colors that later I cut to place on the facade of our folder.
Y listo!.
Como puedes ver no necesité materiales extraordinarios, es sencillo y rápido. Y nos puede ahorrar unos cuántos dolores de cabeza.
And ready!.
As you can see I did not need extraordinary materials, it is simple and fast. And it can save us a few headaches.
