I am an uncle of 2 cute and naughty boys and my sister is pregnant, but this time when she was given the ultrasound where the baby was in a position to see its gender, she asked the doctor to keep the result in a sealed envelope, which she gave to me so I could organize the gender reveal party. It was not easy to keep that secret for so many days, I was impatient.
The first thing I did was to make a cake. I wanted the secret to be kept until the end, so I decided to make a cake in both colors blue representing the boy and pink representing the girl and a cute little bear hiding the secret underneath.

-Now what we do is to assemble the cake on a presentation base, I selected a white base.
We put the first disk and cover it with vanilla cream.
Then we are going to mount a second disk on top of the first disk, making sure that the colors are interspersed. That is the secret to make it look like chess squares.

-Finally, cover the outside of the cake with the same cream. Let stand at least 12 hours to be able to decorate to taste.
