Soy una persona con muchos hobbies pero no suelo hablar mucho de ellos porque a veces siento que no son interesantes para otras personas, por casualidades de la vida muchos de ellos me han ayudado a sobrellevar situaciones económicas delicadas y otros simplemente los conservo como actividades relajantes o incluso para cultivar el amor propio.
Uno de ellos lo desarrollé debido a que en mi infancia y adolescencia no podía comprarme todos los accesorios que me gustaban porque soy de esas mujeres que les encantan los anillos, collares y pendientes en exceso así que todos los días quería algo nuevo, entonces aprendí a hacérmelos yo misma porque era más económico comprar los materiales y, además, los podía hacer a mi estilo y gusto.
I'm a person with many hobbies but I don't usually talk much about them because sometimes I feel that they are not interesting for other people, by chance of life many of them have helped me to overcome delicate economic situations and others I simply keep them as relaxing activities or even to cultivate self-love.
One of them I developed because in my childhood and adolescence I couldn't buy all the accessories I liked because I am one of those women who love rings, necklaces and earrings in excess so every day I wanted something new, then I learned to make them myself because it was cheaper to buy the materials and, in addition, I could make them to my style and taste.
Cómo casi todos mis hobbies los he ido perfeccionando con la práctica, no he realizado ningún curso o taller para aprender técnicas ni nada pero admito que es algo que me gustaría hacer; llegué a tener una colección inmensa de accesorios que lamentablemente perdí en una mudanza pero lo terapéutico que es para mí realizar estas manualidades, si se les puede llamar así, me motivan a seguir haciéndome más y más accesorios con cualquier cadenita, cuerda, piedra, colgante o alambre que me parezca bonito.
En esta oportunidad tenía muchas ganas de hacerme un choker de cadenas, soy fan de las cadenas y sobre todo en los accesorios así que pensé en comprarme uno pero no encontraba alguna que me gustara al 100% así que me dispuse a hacerme una. Compré varios trozos de cadena de diferentes tipo y reutilicé varios broches que tenía de viejas creaciones que ya no me gustaban o se habían roto.
Like almost all my hobbies I have been perfecting them with practice, I haven't taken any course or workshop to learn techniques or anything but I admit that it is something I would like to do; I got to have a huge collection of accessories that unfortunately I lost in a move but how therapeutic it is for me to make these crafts, if you can call them that, motivate me to keep making more and more accessories with any chain, string, stone, pendant or wire that I find pretty.
This time I really wanted to make a chain choker, I am a fan of chains and especially in accessories so I thought about buying one but I couldn't find one that I liked 100% so I decided to make one. I bought several pieces of chain of different types and reused several brooches I had from old creations that I no longer liked or that had broken.
Admito que se me hace muy fácil todo el proceso de creación, lo que más me cuesta es insertar los aros en las cadenas debido a que mi pulso es muy nervioso y me desespero pero lo logró después de mucho intentar; algo que también me complica un poco es no tener las herramientas adecuadas debido a que esas sí son muy costosas así que me toca usar alicates convencionales y estos, al ser muy grandes, dificultan un poco cuando trabajo con aros muy pequeños o cadenas muy finas.
Después de terminar el choker me sobró muchos trozos de cadenas y muchos aritos así que me dispuse a hacer otro accesorio que tenía rato queriendo pero no había tenido el suficiente material y es una cadena de cintura; este tipo de accesorios me parecen súper sexys y hasta elegantes por lo discretos que son, hay para varias zonas del cuerpo como la espalda, el escote e incluso las piernas. Como yo uso tanto croptops o camisas dónde mi abdomen queda al descubierto, deseaba mucho decorar esta zona con un accesorio y, como ya dije al principio, me encantan las cadenas así que me hice ese.
I admit that the whole process of creation is very easy for me, what I find most difficult is to insert the rings into the chains because my pulse is very nervous and I get desperate but I managed it after trying a lot; something that also complicates me a little is not having the right tools because those are very expensive so I have to use conventional pliers and these, being very large, make it a little difficult when working with very small rings or very thin chains.
After finishing the choker I had many pieces of chains and many earrings left over so I decided to make another accessory that I had been wanting to make for a while but had not had enough material and it is a waist chain; I find this kind of accessories super sexy and even elegant because of how discreet they are, there are for various areas of the body such as the back, neckline and even legs. As I wear so many crop tops or shirts where my abdomen is exposed, I really wanted to decorate this area with an accessory and, as I said at the beginning, I love chains so I did that one.
Hoy fue un día de creatividad a mil, también hice uno para la pierna pero no me convenció mucho así que estoy pensando en cómo mejorarlo; me hace feliz poderme hacer mis accesorios porque eso los hace únicos pero, sobre todo, especiales.

Today was a day of creativity to a thousand, I also made one for the leg but I wasn't very convinced so I'm thinking about how to improve it; it makes me happy to be able to make my accessories because that makes them unique but, above all, special.
