In this opportunity I am going to share with you the step by step of how to make these beautiful and colorful lotus flowers to make a centerpiece which gives a touch of freshness and harmony to my living room. I hope you like my creative project!
Materiales a utilizar:
⢠Cartulina naranja, azul, verde y amarilla
⢠Pega
⢠Tijera
⢠Base de vidrio
The materials to use:
⢠Orange, blue, green and yellow card stock
⢠Job
⢠Scissor
⢠Glass base
Paso a paso:
⢠Para formar nuestra flor de loto necesitamos primero recortar 3 cuadrados de 10,5 x 10,5 cm de la cartulina naranja, 2 cuadrados de 7,5 x 7,5 cm de la cartulina amarilla y un cuadrado de 6 x 6 cm de la cartulina naranja, para cada una de las flores.
Step by Step:
⢠To form our lotus flower we first need to cut 3 squares of 10.5 x 10.5 cm from the orange cardboard, 2 squares of 7.5 x 7.5 cm from the yellow cardboard and a 6 x 6 cm square of the orange cardboard, for each of the flowers.
⢠Ahora, para formar los pÊtalos del loto iniciamos doblando el cuadrado a la mitad formando un triangulo, luego nuevamente volvemos a doblar a la mitad, despuÊs tomamos una punta del cuadro y lo doblamos siempre formando un triangulo, como se muestra en la imagen.
⢠Now, to form the petals of the lotus we start by folding the square in half forming a triangle, then again we fold it in half, then we take one end of the square and always fold it forming a triangle, as shown in the image.
⢠Luego doblando nuevamente ambas puntas, como se muestra en la imagen, con un låpiz les marcamos una pequeùa curva, recortamos y abrimos nuestra flor.como se muestra en la imagen.

â˘Seguidamente, procedemos hacer un corte por cada pĂŠtalo que se formaron y luego doblamos cada uno de ellos hacia bajo como se muestra en la imagen.

⢠Luego procedemos hacer el mismo procedimiento con los otros tres cuadrados restantes, como se muestra en la imagen.

⢠Ahora formamos nuestro centro de la flor con una de la flor amarilla y seguidamente pegamos cada pieza de la flor de loto iniciando con la mas pequeùa, como se muestra en la imagen.
⢠Now we form our center of the flower with one of the yellow flower and then we glue each piece of the lotus flower starting with the smallest, as shown in the image.
⢠Una vez ya terminada nuestras flores, realizamos una hoja en cartulina verde y luego procedemos a decorar.
⢠Once our flowers are finished, we make a green cardboard sheet and then proceed to decorate.
