This time I want to show you how I made the helmet of the Punisher, the Marvel hero, this time using the War Machine armor. In the comics, the original War Machine dies at the hands of Thanos, so his armor is confiscated by the US government, Shield seeks the Punisher to help them overthrow a dictator, and to do so they help him steal the War Machine armor, after some modifications the Punisher fulfills its mission using the armor and with a new aspect, it sows terror among criminals. For this job I only made the helmet, with recycled soda cans, I hope you like it.
Hola amigos espero que se encuentren muy bien, envío un saludo a todos aquellos usuarios que hacen grande esta comunidad con sus obras y manualidades, gracias a ustedes podemos aprender cosas nuevas e interesantes. Esta vez quiero mostrarles como hice el casco del Punisher, el héroe de Marvel, esta vez usando la armadura de War Machine. En los comics, el War Machine original muere a manos de Thanos, por lo que su armadura es confiscada por el gobierno de los EEUU, Shield busca al Punisher para que los ayude a aderrocar a un dictador, y para hacerlo lo ayudan a robarse la armadura de War Machine, luego de algunas modificaciones el Punisher cumple su cometido utilizando la armadura y con un nuevo aspecto siembra el terror entre los criminales. Para este trabajo solo hice el casco, con latas de soda recicladas, espero que les guste.
To do this work we will use:
- Cut soda cans
- Knives and scissors
- Glue
- Tweezers
- Black and white spray paint
Para hacer este trabajo utilizaremos:
- Latas de soda cortadas
- Navajas y tijeras
- Pegamento
- Pinzas
- Pintura negra y blanca en spray
The first step is to make the part that covers the entire part of the face, following the original model we draw each of the strokes on top of the can. We must try to be as faithful as possible to the original design so that it looks good. Once we have drawn, we cut out with scissors and with a spent pen we draw very hard through the points that we have made to make the lines that the mask has, both on the front side and on the inside side.
El primer paso es hacer la parte que cubre toda la parte del rostro, siguiendo el modelo original dibujamos encima de la lata cada uno de los trazos. Debemos tratar de ser los mas fieles posibles al diseño original para que quede bien. Una vez hemos dibujado, recortamos con unas tijeras y con un boligrafo gastado trazamos muy fuerte por los puntos que hemos hechos para hacer las lineas que tiene la máscara, tanto por el lado frontal como por el lado interior.
After we have done the face shield well, we paint it with matte black spray paint, as this armor was re-designed by the Punisher, non-shiny black colors were added.
Despues que hayamos hecho bien el protector del rostro lo pintamos con pintura en aerosol color negro mate, como esta armadura fue re-diseñada poara Punisher se le agregaron colores negros no brillantes.
Now we will make the most striking part of this helmet and the armor in general: The Punisher skull. To do this we take adhesive tape and cover the lower parts of the jaw, then we cut 3 very thin strips to make the teeth of the caravel. We apply white spray paint, let it dry for a few minutes and remove the adhesive tape that we previously placed, so the caravel will be made. Intimidating right?
Ahora haremos la parte más llamativa de este casco y de la armadura en general: La calavera de Punisher. Para ello tomamos cinta adhesiva y cubrimos las partes inferiores de la mandibuja, luego cortamos 3 tiras muy finas para hacer los dientes de la caravela. Aplicamos pintura en aerosol en color blanco, dejamos secar por unos minutos y retiramos la cinta adhesiva que colocamos anteriormente, así quedará hecha la caravela. Intimidante cierto?
Next we make the part of the helmet that protects the entire skull. For that we take another can and on top of it we draw the silhouette of the helmet to be assembled, we cut them with scissors and with a pen we mark the points to make the divisions of the helmet. Then with glue we join all the parts.
Seguidamente hacemos la parte del casco que proteje todo el cráneo. Para eso tomamos otra lata y encima de ella dibujamos la silueta del casco para ensablar, las cortamos con unas tijeras y con un boligrafo remarcamos los puntos para hacer las divisiones del casco. Después con pegamento unimos todas las partes.
To finish our helmet, we paint the part that protects the skull with matte black paint, let it dry for a few minutes, and then we are going to glue the face with the rest of the helmet with glue. We added deatellos like a red tin for the eyes and the ear protectors that go on the sides and we have finished our Punisher War Machine helmet.
Para finalizar nuestro casco, pintamos la parte que proteje el cráneo con pintua negra mate, dejamos secar por unos minutos, y luego vamos a pegar el rostro con el resto del casco con pegamento. Agregamos deatellos como una lata de color rojo para los ojos y los protectores de los oídos que van a los lados y así habremos terminado nuestro casco de Punisher War Machine.
This is how the Punisher War Machine helmet has been, being a war machine as its name indicates, this helmet, like the armor, has dents from blows and cannon shots that it has received, so with a sandpaper we can make those effects and achieve a look very similar to that of the comics. There is also a figure from the Hot Toys line of toys where it presents this armor with many details and characteristics. I hope you liked it a lot, I had fun making this figure. Así ha quedado el casco de Punisher War Machine, al ser una máquina de guerra como su nombre lo indica, este casco al igual que la armadura posee abolladuras de golpes y cañonazos que ha recibido, por lo que con una lija podemos hacerle esos efectos y lograr un aspecto muy parecido al de los comics. Tambien existe una figura de la línea de juguetes Hot Toys donde presenta esta armadura con muchos detalles y características. Espero que les haya gustado mucho, me divertí haciendo esta figura.
