Esta semana es toda una fiesta porque vamos a celebrar a los más pequeños de la casa, pequeños en tamaño pero grandes en Amor, en locuras, en alegrías.

    El Día del Niño es una celebración que se realiza en todo el mundo y cada país tiene una fecha especial para hacerlo, en el caso de mi país Venezuela lo celebramos el 3er domingo del mes de Julio, todos los padres celebran junto a sus hijos y los llevan de paseo, a comer, al parque de diversiones o les dan algún obsequio. El estado generalmente realiza actividades en las plazas y parques y es propicia la ocasión para recordar que primero que todo siempre debe estar el bienestar y los derechos de los niños.

Mi chunguito

    Hoy para celebrar este día he querido hacer algo especial para ellos, se trata de un nuevo amiguito llamado Chunguito, él es un títere muy cariñoso, que se la pasa haciendo bromas y riéndose de todos sin parar. Además nuestro chunguito es muy elegante y muy suavecito así que cuando se acerca a tu cara te hace cosquillas con su cabello negro. Te quiero invitar a que veas como fue el proceso de elaboración por si te animas hacerlo algún día.

Today to celebrate this day I wanted to do something special for them, this is a new friend called Chunguito, he is a very affectionate puppet, who keeps making jokes and laughing at everyone nonstop.     Para realizar el cuerpo de nuestro Chunguito vamos a cortar en manta polar verde una pieza que mida 25 de ancho por 35 de largo, recuerda que todo queda a tu disposición, yo corté más o menos al tamaño de mi brazo pero si es para un niño debes reducir estas medidas. Luego pasamos costura por toda la orilla dejando una abertura por donde vamos a meter el brazo.

To make the body of our Chunguito we are going to cut in green fleece blanket a piece that measures 25 wide by 35 long, remember that everything is at your disposal, I cut more or less to the size of my arm but if it is for a child you should reduce these measures.     Ahora vamos a cortar una pieza de cartón que mida casi lo mismo del ancho del cuerpo, así como se ve en la imagen, les digo que a mí me quedó un poco pequeña, me hubiese gustado que fuese casi igual, creo que así rebajaría mejor el movimiento de la boca, luego volteamos al lado derecho y comenzamos a trabajar los detalles de la cara.

    Cortamos todos los círculos, rellenamos y cosemos, el diámetro de los ojos me gusta que sea grande para que resalten en la cara, por eso los hice de 7 centímetros. Posteriormente pegamos con silicón todas las piezas y por último elaboramos un corbatín que resalte también.

We cut all the circles, fill and sew, I like the diameter of the eyes to be large so that they stand out on the face, so I made them about 7 centimeters. Then we glue with silicone all the pieces and finally we make a bow tie that stands out as well.

    Como ven es algo muy fácil de hacer, yo aprendí hacerlos cuando en una oportunidad que a mi hijo Fabián le pidieron un títere en la escuela, así que me busque unos tutoriales en google y me encantó el resultado.

Del nombre no les había contado que le puse este nombre porque cuando era una niña había un personaje muy famoso en el pueblo que se llamaba así y me hacia reír muchísimo.
