Greetings from Suriname everybody. Today I went to find insects alone and my Monkey-B rode bicycle to the city with my husband. My big daughter studied because she doesn't like to find insects. I feel bored of studying English and bored at home, so I walked to find insects alone.
There were so many white peacock butterflies today. On normal days there are some of this kind, but not much like today. I see them every day and I am tired of taking pictures of them, but I became interested when I saw them making love each other. I hope you enjoy my photos.
This picture I took first, there were three butterflies making love. This picture is not clear because they are opening and closing their wings a lot.
I waited for them to be quiet and took pictures but one butterfly flew away, so I had only this picture.
Now they are trying to move to another place.
They're climbing up the banana tree.
I think maybe the butterfly first up the banana tree is the male and walking behind is female butterfly.
They walked a lot until they reached the top of the banana tree. They looked very romantic.
Then they were very still there. After I walked to find other insects, I hoped to see new kinds of butterflies.
Have a beautiful day everybody 😊.
