Hello friends of the hive !!! I hope they are well. Today I bring you a cake topper that I made with a crown theme and that can also be used as souvenirs.
Hola amigos de la colmena!!! Espero que estén bien. Hoy les traigo un adorno de torta que hice con una temática de corona y que también se puede usar como souvenirs.
I made this model with images from the web, there are a lot of variety of designs and you can make the one you like the most.
Este modelo lo hice con imágenes de la web, hay mucha variedad de diseños y pueden hacer la que más les guste.
Luckily it has very few materials.
To do it I used: cold porcelain, vinyl glue, golden acrylic, brush and rhinestones.
Por suerte lleva muy pocos materiales.
Para realizarlo usé: porcelana fría, cola vinilica, acrílico dorado, pincel y strass.
We stretch cold porcelain to the length we want, calculating the size we are going to make. We cut and refine at the ends.
Estiramos porcelana fría del largo que queremos calculando el tamaño que vamos a hacer. Cortamos y afinamos en las puntas.
We glue the two strips with vinyl glue and give it a curved shape. I helped myself with a round pot to give it that shape.
Pegamos las dos tiras con cola vinilica y le damos forma curva. Yo me ayudé con un pote redondo para darle esa forma.
We stretch the dough again (always leaving thinner at the ends) and design hearts of different sizes.
Volvemos a estirar masa (siempre dejando más fino en los extremos) y diseñamos corazones de diferentes tamaños.
I added another "S" shaped design but you can do whatever you like best.
Agregué otro diseño en forma de "S" pero pueden hacer lo que más les guste.
We join all the parts with vinyl glue. We let it dry for a few hours.
Unimos todas las partes con cola vinilica. Dejamos secar algunas horas.
We paint with gold acrylic (it is also very nice in silver). We let it dry and we paint again.
Pintamos con acrílico dorado (también queda muy lindo en color plateado). Dejamos secar y volvemos a pintar.
We use glue to adhere the rhinestone.
And so this beautiful crown so simple to make is finished and it is so beautiful in whatever we use it.
