A continuación los pasos que necesité para lograr tal fin.
El primer paso que hice para hacer el tambor fue tener todos los materiales listos:

[fuente](editado con Photoscape) El siguiente paso que realice para elaborar el tambor fue pegar el plástico encima del cilindro para poder así tener el sonido del tambor:
[fuente](editado con Photoscape) Y por ultimo pegue la cinta arriba abajo y a los costados del tambor para la decoración y así tener el tambor deseado:

The first step I did to make the drum was to have all the materials ready:

[fuente](editado con Photoscape) The next step I did to make the drum was to glue the plastic on top of the cylinder so I could have the sound of the drum:
