Hoy compartiré con ustedes una rica ensalada de atún con Vegetales, realmente es un antojo que tenía, ya que cierto tiempo tengo sin preparar esta ensalada. En mi casa muy poco se consume pescado pero me provoco y mi esposo no me compro el atún fresco sino de lata. De igual manera pude realizar mi ensalada y quitarme el antojo. Esta es una ensalada bien sencilla que se puede realizar con diferentes vegetales.

In my house fish is consumed very little but it provokes me and my husband does not buy me fresh tuna but canned ones. In the same way, I was able to make my salad and get rid of the craving. This is a very simple salad that can be made with different vegetables.

• 1 lata de atún desmenuzado
• 2 Tomates
• 1 Cebolla
• Cilantro
• Aceite
• Vinagre
• Sal.
