After I showed you the easy recipe on how to make flexible dough in this post, I wanted to use it to create figures.
The flexible dough or cold porcelain of this type, is not edible - I clarify - because it has glue and it is toxic. This type of dough is only for creating crafts, things that you can mold with your hands and with molds of figures, which when dry are as hard and resistant as if you were using slip or ceramic.
The incredible thing is, how relaxing it is to mold this material with your hands, I really enjoyed it a lot. I share with you the video of the process of making this cute geisha that you can use to decorate your fridge or notebooks, use it in other crafts, create other types of figures, I for example put it in a corner of my computer monitor.

Luego que te mostrara la receta fácil de cómo hacer masa flexible en este post, quise usarla para crear figuras.
La masa flexible o porcelana fría de este tipo, no es comestible - aclaro - pues lleva pegamento y es toxico. Este tipo de masa es solo para crear manualidades, cosas que puedes moldear con las manos y con moldes de figuras, que al secar quedan tan duras y resistentes como si estuvieras usando barbotina o cerámica.
Lo increíble de todo es, lo relajante que resulta este material al moldearlo con las manos, de verdad lo disfruté muchísimo. Comparto con ustedes el vídeo de proceso de elaboración de esta linda geisha que puedes usarla para decorar tu nevera o cuadernos, usarla en otras manualidades, crear otro tipo de figuras, yo por ejemplo lo puse en una esquina de mi monitor de computadora.
Paso a paso. / Step by Step
Materials:
- Moldable dough.
- Brushes.
- Cold paint.
- Make-up.
- Black marker.
- Red marker.
Step 1:
Mold a circle and use an instrument, such as a glass, to stretch the dough a little. Then make a small rectangle and place it on top of the circle, tapping it a little to join them a little.

Moldea un circulo y usa algún instrumento, puede ser un vaso para estirar un poco la masa. Luego un pequeño rectángulo y colócalo sobre el círculo dando pequeños golpecitos para unirlos un poco.
Step 2:
Mold two rectangles and place them on the sides to make the hair and with the help of a blunt instrument, cut the shape of the figure. Then mold a half circle to create the bun on the head, typical of a geisha.

Moldea dos rectángulos y colócalos a los lados para realizar el cabello y con ayuda de algún instrumento sin mucho filo, corta la forma de la figura. Luego moldea un semi círculo para crear el moño en la cabeza, propio de una geisha.
Step 3:

Step 4:
In order to start painting it with acrylic paints, you must wait for it to dry for at least 5 hours.

Para poder comenzar a pintarla con pinturas acrílicas, debes esperar que seque al menos por unas 5 horas.
