We start by cutting a rectangle 16 centimeters wide and 23 centimeters long on the sheet. Then we fold vertically in half at the top, we mark an arch to make the neck and on one side we mark the width of the flannel sleeve, cut out and use as a reference to mark a pair of flannels on the cardboard, (one of them It should be 1.5 centimeters shorter at the top end of the flannel throw.)
Iniciamos cortando en la hoja un rectángulo de 16 centímetros de ancho y 23 centímetros de largo. Luego doblamos verticalmente a la mitad en la parte superior marcamos un arco para realizar el cuello y de un lado marcamos el ancho de la manga de la franela, recortar y usar como referencia para marcar en la cartulina un par de franelas,( una de ellas debe tener 1,5 centímetros menos en el extremo superior del tiro de la franela.)

Recortar el par de franelas. Cortar un rectángulo de tul doblar a la mitad y en el extremo superior con puntadas realizamos unos pequeños tablones; al completar el ancho de la cintura del tutu, cortamos algún excedente y fijamos unos 7 centímetros por encima del extremo inferior; cortar una cinta de tela y pegamos al borde superior del tutu , con el lápiz de color azul trazamos una línea gruesa por el contorno de la franela.
To finish, we glue a small white pompom piping around the neck. Then we fold the 1.5 on the top edge of the sleeve we apply glue and fix it to the back of the card cover. To add a touch of color and coquetry, make small blue circles on the flannel and fix a nice ribbon bow in the center of the neck; so we are done.
Para finalizar pegamos al contorno del cuello un pequeño vivo de pompones blancos. Luego doblamos el 1,5 en el borde superior de la manga aplicamos pegamento y fijar a la parte posterior de la tapa de la tarjeta. Para darle un toque de color y coquetería realizar pequeños círculos azules a la franela y fijar un lindo lazo de cinta en el centro del cuello; así hemos terminado.
