Trasa kterou jsme sjeli začíná u nástupního místa nedaleko hraničního mostu ve Starém Bohumíně, které je současně výchozím místem trasy Naučné stezky Hraničními meandry Odry, a končí v polském Zabełkówě.
Trasa je 6,5 km dlouhá, a její náročnost dle zdrojeje ZW A, ZW C
