¿Cómo elaboré dos cartucheras(portacosmeticos) tubulares?

En esta oportunidad he decidido mostrarles cómo elaboré dos cartucheras (portacosmeticos) cilíndricas, pero antes del paso a paso, les mencionaré los materiales que he utilizado para este trabajo.

This time I have decided to show you how I made two cylindrical cosmetic cases, but before the step by step, I will mention the materials I used for this work.

Materiales // Materials:

• ¼ metro de Tela (la que sea de su agrado).//¼ meter of fabric (whichever is to your liking).
• Tela de forro (opcional).//Lining fabric (optional).
• Cierre de 35cm.//35cm zipper
• Hilo//Thread
• Aguja//Needle
• Pintura//Paint
• Pinceles//Brushes

Lo primero que realicé fue planchar la tela, así poder colocar el patrón y dibujarlo sobre la tela. Luego procedí a cortar la tela según el patrón. Seguidamente después de cortarlo lo que hice fue coser el cierre y poder proceder a cocer cada uno de los lados.

The first thing I did was to iron the fabric so I could place the pattern and draw it on the fabric. Then I proceeded to cut the fabric according to the pattern. Then, after cutting it, I sewed the zipper and proceeded to sew each of the sides.

Lo siguiente a realizar ha sido dibujar el patrón, pero en esta ocasión sobre el forro y luego poder cocerla de los lados y poder colocarla dentro de la cartuchera y unirlas con la maquina de coser. De este modo ya tendríamos el portacosmeticos o la cartuchera lista. Pero la historia de este proceso creativo no queda aquí.

The next thing to do was to draw the pattern, but this time on the lining and then be able to sew it on the sides and place it inside the pencil case and join them with the sewing machine. In this way we would already have the cosmetic holder or the pencil case ready. But the story of this creative process does not end here.

Ya que no me gusta dejar las cosas muy simples, no puedo dejar de hacerle algo más, así solo sea un pequeño detalle. Así fue como decidí hacerle la decoración que pueden ver en las fotografías. Luego de dibujar el detalle, comencé a pintarlo obteniendo estos lindos resultados.

Since I don't like to leave things too simple, I can't help but do something else to it, even if it's just a small detail. That's how I decided to make the decoration you can see in the pictures. After drawing the detail, I started to paint it, obtaining these nice results.

Se que les hablé de un solo proceso, y les estoy mostrando dos cartucheras, lo que hice fue literalmente el mismo procedimiento dos veces, una vez por cartuchera. En verdad espero que les haya gustado este trabajo. Si me preguntan ¿Porque hice estas cartucheras? No tengo un destino claro para estas cartucheras, lo hice porque estoy aprendiendo a coser con mi hermana, y además estoy haciendo un corso con un amigo al cual asistimos dos días por semana, aunque estas cartucheras esto han sido un proyecto personal para aprender a hacer cartucheras de este tipo, en forma de cilindro.

I know I talked about only one process, and I am showing you two cartridge cases, what I did was literally the same procedure twice, once per case. I really hope you liked this work. If you ask me why I made these cartridge cases? I don't have a clear destination for these pencil cases, I did it because I'm learning to sew with my sister, and I'm also doing a corso with a friend that we attend two days a week, although these pencil cases have been a personal project to learn how to make pencil cases of this type, in the shape of cylinder.
