My hijab today is made by needle & thread in a foot driven machine.

Hello friends!

Hope everybody is well. Friends, today I have appeared among you through my blog to show my today's needle work. My needle yarn job today is to make hijab. I usually make it with the help of foot operated machine. As we all know, foot-operated machines are not yet available. People now use electric machines for comfortable sewing. This machine of mine is very old. I have prepared many types of dresses from here.

I showed you embroidery work in a previous blog. I usually do many kinds of hand work. I will gradually show you my handiwork. I think doing these handicrafts is a hobby that not everyone is able to do. Originally I had the opportunity to express this talent in this @needleworkmonday community. I like to work very much. I make dresses for everyone in my family from here. It feels great when I can make dresses for everyone.Today I made a hijab for my mother. This hijab is commonly used for veils in Muslim society. Now it is the month of Ramadan so I made hijab for my mother today for prayers. My mother was very happy to get hijab.

How I made the hijab:

Two and a half yards of cotton cloth had to be used to make this hijab. First I cut a hijab to size and prepared it with scissors. It looks almost like a triangle. Then I cut a hat-like part with a few pieces of cloth and sewed it first. Then I used a colored chalk to mark the hat on one side of the triangular part. Then I made hijab with full cloth by re-sewing.

The use of cotton cloth has made the hijab look very beautiful and it is very comfortable to wear. I am very happy to be able to make a dress for everyone in the family. Next time I will show you a new dress. Then you must give me a chance to know how you felt about making my hijab today and if you have any opinion on this, please let me know.

Thanks everybody for visit my blog.
