Crochet Baby Security Blankie/My Needlework Monday Share

Hello needlework friends! Its Monday again! Hope you are all doing great anywhere in the world.

Today I decided to make baby blankie. I hope I van make more of these because we are having a crochet for cause and all crocheted blanket will be given to newborn in some hospitals.
I will only post the animal head pattern for this.

Materials used:
Bernal twister yarn/velvet
5mm hook
Scissor
Needle

Here is the pattern for the
HEAD
Make a magic ring

R1 6sc in the magic ring
R2 2sc in each stitch =12
R3 2sc, inc, (4x) 2sc =18
R4 3sc, inc, (6x) =30

R5-R8 30sc in each round across

R9 and R10 2sc, Inc (3x), 4sc (2x) alternate(2x po gagawin yung pattern above) =40

Place eyes between round 9th and 10th round (6 stitches in between)

R11 40sc across
R12 4sc, dec (6x) 2sc =32
R13 3sc, dec (7x) 1sc=29
R14 2sc, dec (7x) 1sc=24
R15 1sc, dec (8x) 1sc=17
R16 dec (8x)
Fasten off, leave long tail

2 BUMB ON THE NOSE

Make a magic ring
R1 6sc in the magic ring
R2 2sc in each stitch =12
Cut and make a tail for sewing

Sew on 11th round

Use black thread on details in the nose and eyebrows.

For the blankie, just make a grqnny square 20x20 inches size or make a star blankie.

Sew the heaf in the middle of rhe finish granny square or star. And you are done!
