Greetings beautiful people of this community. I hope you are enjoying the weekend. Sewing today for many is already part of their work, of their day to day, and as always we want to improve everything we make either in new fabrics or very well recycled. Recycling, which we also consider in projecting a new design of something made, improving its appearance.
For this occasion I made this beautiful wallet from the upper part of a lady's jean pants, which I had already used the leg part in a girl's panty I had made, and as this pant was in very good condition and in its color too, I decided to make this wallet, for the same friend who had the girl's dress made.
I had already told her that the leftover part can be made into a purse or handbag, which she wanted me to transform it, so she could carry what she needed when going out.
And as a teacher, she is always carrying her pencil case, notebooks, among other things that she always has to have on hand, so to speak.
The jean fabric, already with many years since its creation, for many is one of the best garments for daily use, especially pants, either by its design, texture, and colors.
So with simple steps I will tell you how I did it, taking into account the size of what I had and what I wanted it to look like.
Saludos gente bella de esta comunidad. Espero estén disfrutando del fin de semana. La costura hoy en día para muchos ya es parte de su trabajo, de su día a día, y como siempre queremos mejorar todo lo que confeccionamos bien sea en telas nuevas o muy bien recicladas. El reciclado, que también consideramos en proyectar un nuevo diseño de algo realizado, mejorando su aspecto.
Para esta ocasión hice esta bella cartera de la parte superior de un pantalon de jean de dama, el cual había ya usado su parte de las piernas en una braga de niña que había hecho, y como este pantalon estaba en muy buenas condiciones y en su color también, decidí hacer esta cartera, para la misma amiga que mando hacer el vestido de niña.
Ya le había dicho que la parte que sobró se puede hacer una cartera o bolso, lo cual ella quiso que lo transformara, asi poder llevar lo necesario, a la hora de salir.
Y como maestra, siempre está llevando sus cartuchera, cuadernos, entre otras cosas que siempre tiene que tener a la mano por decirlo asi.
La tela de jean, ya con muchos años desde su creación, para muchos es una de las mejores prendas de uso diario, sobre todo los pantalones, ya bien sea por su diseño textura, y colores.
Así que con sencillos pasos realizados te cuento como lo hice, tomando en cuenta el tamaño de lo que tenia a lo que quería como quedara.
The materials were a piece of fabric of the same blue color, in order to make it longer.
But first I removed the part of the buttons, and placed the other part of the fabric, to make it a little longer.
Close well and sew to be able to make its lining, which depends on the size of this wallet.
Los materiales fueron un retazo de tela del mismo color azul, para poder hacerla más larga.
Pero primero le quité la parte de los botones, y le coloque la otra parte de la tela, para que se vez un poco más larga.
Cerrar bien y coser para poder hacer su forro, que depende del tamaño de esta cartera.
With another blue fabric a little lighter, I made the lining, and I made some pockets to keep some things.
I glued some strips on each side of the zipper and then other long strips to be able to sew it to the bag.
With other scraps of jean fabric, I made the handle that I sewed on each side.
Finishing this bag I put another strip of printed fabric to give more color to this beautiful denim bag.
Con otra tela azul un poco más claro, le hice el forro, y le hice unos bolsillos para poder guardar algunas cosas.
En el cierre le pegue unas tiras a cada lado y luego otras tiras largas para poder coserla al bolso.
Con otros retazos de tela de jean, le hice el asa que cosí en cada lado.
Culminando este bolso le coloco otra tira en tela estampada para darle más colorido a esta bella cartera de jean.
This is how this purse or wallet made with recycled fabric is ready, so with different designs and other colors of fabric we can create similar purses, in different sizes, varying the taste of each one.
Asi quedó listo este bolso o cartera realizado con tela reciclada, asi con diferentes diseños y otros colores de tela podemos crear carteras similares, en distintos tamaños, ya variando el gusto de cada uno.
