My Needleworkmonday || Crochet winter hats

Bendecido día mis queridos y apreciados Needleworkers, estoy muy contenta de volver a publicar en la comunidad que tanto cariño me ha dado. He estado unos días ausente en mi blog, pero no de la plataforma ni mucho menos en la comunidad. He estado leyendo las publicaciones de mis compañeras, sobre todo de las nuevas integrantes, comentando y apoyando sus proyectos.

Blessed day my dear and appreciated Needleworkers, I am very happy to return to post in the community that has given me so much love. I've been a few days absent from my blog, but not from the platform and much less from the community. I have been reading the posts of my colleagues, especially the new members, commenting and supporting their projects.

Me tomé unos días para reorganizar mis ideas y mis prioridades en cuanto a las actividades que suelo hacer normalmente, ya que, por cuestiones de salud, no me puedo exceder en cuanto al número de horas que paso frente al computador redactando y maquetando mis posts. Soy un poco quisquillosa a la hora de maquetar y eso me toma mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, dejar de publicar no es una alternativa para mi pues el blog es mi espacio creativo y liberador. Así que aún seguiré publicando en la medida de mis posibilidades.

I took a few days to reorganize my ideas and my priorities in terms of the activities I usually do, since, for health reasons, I can't exceed the number of hours I spend in front of the computer writing and layout my post. I am a bit picky when it comes to layout and that takes me a lot of time. However, stopping publishing is not an alternative because my blog is my creative and liberating space. So I will still continue to publish as much as I can.

Acá en Lima aún estamos en la temporada de invierno y el mes de agosto es el más frío de todos, por ende, es indispensable abrigarse muy bien. Es por ello que en esta oportunidad, les quiero mostrar un grupo de gorros que tejí mientras estuve de descanso obligado. Los fui tejiendo poco a poco pero no tomé fotos del proceso pues la mayoría de ellos los hice recostada en la cama. No obstante, no me quería quedar sin mostrarles estos lindos gorritos que tejí para mis familiares.

Here in Lima we are still in the winter season and the month of August is the coldest of all, therefore, it is essential to wrap up very well. That is why in this opportunity, I want to show you a group of hats that I knitted while I was on forced rest. I knitted them little by little but I didn't take pictures of the process because most of them were made while I was lying in bed. However, I didn't want to leave without showing you these cute little hats that I knitted for my relatives.

Tejer gorros es muy sencillo y entretenido, podría decir que es adictivo por la cantidad de combinaciones, formas y diseños que se pueden crear. Para estos gorros usé lana antialérgica de grosor medio y una aguja de aluminio de 3mm. El patrón es el básico circular con aumentos en las 6 primeras vueltas y luego tejer recto hasta finalizar el largo del gorro.

Knitting hats is very easy and entertaining, I could say it's addictive because of the amount of combinations, shapes and designs that can be created. For these hats I used medium thickness antiallergic yarn and a 3mm aluminum needle. The pattern is the basic circular pattern with increases in the first 6 rows and then knit straight to finish the length of the hat.

La colección, por decirlo así, la nombré "Franjas y zigzag" pues la mayoría de los gorros los tejí combinado materiales que ya tenía en casa para no tener que salir a comprar. También tejí un par de pantuflas pues soy muy friolenta y me gusta tener mis pies muy abrigados.

The collection, so to speak, I named it "Stripes and zigzag" because most of the hats were knitted with materials I already had at home so I didn't have to go out and buy them. I also knitted a pair of slippers because I am very cold and I like to keep my feet very warm. I hope you like these winter beanies and I hope to share with you again very soon.
