Hello everybody,
My cover photo is the strap for the Cropped Tunic covering the cleavage. Long time done, ha. Yeah, true because I can't crochet it in the evening, the time that I have longer time to crochet. Maroon is a dark color, my head ached when I crochet night time.
Here is how I constructed them:
11 3/4" long consist of 9 motifs join as I go.
Materials: indophil soft acrylic 4ply using 2.5mm hook
Round(Rnd) 1: with Maroon(M), in a ring chain(ch) 1, 8 half double crochet(hdc), pull the center thread to close the ring, join with slip stitch(sl st).
Rnd 2: down with M pull Yellow(Y) yarn, ch 4, double crochet(dc) into next st, ch 2, repeat all around, 8 dc post all in all, sl st ito 2nd ch of beginning ch 4.
Rnd 3: drop Y, pull in M, 4 hdc into each 8 spaces, sl st to join, cut and weave ends.
First made motif. On the 2nd motif, join as you go, into the 4th 4 hdc.
After I made 2 shoulder straps, I made the back. The color should be Maroon yarn, but just little remain of the cake yarn I bought. So, I opt to the Yellow combine with not much Maroon.
I started with the twin post dc foundation, same length as the front crop top. Then, made the post of extended double crochet to have a longer stitch reach and be done right away.
Hopefully this can be done this week so, I can wear it.
Oh, by the way sharing to you, my order from Shoppee of polyester yarn arrived yesterday with freebies, coaster pattern and yarn marker, timely I need it badly. It is soft and shiny yarn. The project that I have in my mind with this yarn are earrings and the espadrille shoes I bought in Carcar City. Like this.
It is really comfy to wear. Sureness It will wear out soon, So, I better diy and let the shoe maker complete the parts.
Until here for today, thanks for dropping by...
