Making small projects that requires creativity is a bit challenging. One must consider the colors of the yarn, the materials and the design of your crochet earrings. You my create it simply by just adding the right embelishment, or whatever you wanted it to be. Just express your artistic side through your artwork.
Today, I will share to you how to make this simple crochet earrings with the use of pearls and ribbon for embelishments.
Materials:
- mercerized cotton
- 1mm hook
- 2 pairs of plastic loops
- 2 pairs of earring hooks
- flat nose / round nose pliers
- scissor
- beads / pearls
- 1/4 inch ribbon
Procedure:
- single crochet on the plastic loop (leave atleast 5 inches or more and cut)
- insert pearls below the loop just like the picture.
- lock and cut the excess yarn
- insert the earrings hook
I also made another color and thought of attaching a small ribbon to make it even more alluring. You may use glue stick in attaching the ribbon in your loop but I did manually handsew mine. It only took 10 mins in making a pair of it.
Now it also looks like a beautiful and simple wreath that you can hang on your ears, lol. 😅
