Los materiales que utilicé fueron:
- Tela de algodón
- Tela de cualquier color para adornar
- Hilo y aguja de coser
- Tijeras
- Alfileres
- Elástica

Today I bring you a mini tutorial about how to make a quick and easy mouth guard.
The materials I used were:
- Cotton fabric
- Fabric of any color to decorate
- Thread and sewing needle
- Scissors
- Pins
- Elastic
Lo primero que hice fue recortar un triángulo semi curvo del tamaño de un lado de mi rostro, y sacar 4 partes iguales de este en tela de algodón.
Luego uní dos de las piezas por la parte curva con una costura resistente.
The first thing I did was to cut out a semi-curved triangle the size of one side of my face, and cut 4 equal parts of it out of cotton fabric.
Then I joined two of the pieces on the curved part with a strong seam.
Luego, de repetir el proceso se unen las dos partes que tienen la costura por dentro de frente y dejando la costura por fuera, y cosemos por todo el alrededor muy bien.
