Very good day to the whole community, today I show you how to make this little dress for a doll VERY EASY.
Muy buen día a toda la comunidad, hoy les muestro como hacer MUY FACIL este vestidito para una muñeca.
Taking a piece of lemon green fabric shaped like a rectangle, it occurred to me to make this narrow dress for a Barbie in a simple way, but always with details, which are what highlight it.
Tomando un retazo de tela verde limón con forma de rectángulo, se me ocurrió hacer este vestido angosto para una Barbie de forma sencilla, pero siempre con detalles, que son los que lo resaltan.
The fabric rectangle is slightly more than the shoulder width of the wrist and twice its height. I folded it in half facing the fabrics and with pins I marked on top the shoulders with pins.
El rectángulo de tela tiene un poco mas que el ancho de hombros de la muñeca y el doble de su altura. Lo doble por la mitad enfrentando las telas y con alfileres marqué en la parte superior los hombros con alfileres.
I machined a side thinking that it would cover from the sisa to the feet of the wrist. I barely shaped the waist.
Cocí a máquina un lateral pensando que el mismo abarcaría desde la sisa hasta los pies de la muñeca. Apenas le di forma a la cintura.
Then, I opened the fabric and at the bottom I cooked a strip of pink fabric forming a smooth flow. Then, on this and to give a good finish, I cooked a celestial strip to contrast.
Luego, abrí la tela y en la parte inferior le cocí una tira de tela rosa formando un volado suave. Luego, sobre este y para dar una buena terminación, cocí una tira celeste para contrastar.
I went back to face the fabrics and cooked the other side in the same way as the previous one.
Volví a enfrentar las telas y cocí el otro lateral de la misma forma que el anterior.
I presented the dress on the wrist (always upside down) and marked the height of the shoulder thinking about doing it with 1 shoulder uncovered. The first thing was to trim the surplus of the fabrics and fold on the sleeve to sew the edge. Then I joined the shoulder and folded the leftover to form the neckline leaving the other shoulder exposed. I sewed everything and cut the surplus of the fabrics.
Presenté el vestido en la muñeca (siempre del revés) y marqué la altura del hombro pensando ya en hacerlo con 1 hombro descubierto. Lo primero fue recortar el excedente de las telas y doblar en la manga para coser el borde. Luego uní el hombro y doble el sobrante para formar el escote dejando el otro hombro al descubierto. Cosí todo y corté el excedente de las telas.
I turned it over and tried it on. I made another one flown with the same pink fabric on the front of the dress and sewed a band-aid cut into light blue tips as a finish. Then I made a belt with the same celestial fabric and glued it to the button so that the girls can put it on and take it out easily.
Lo di vuelta y se lo probé. Le hice otro volado con la misma tela rosa en el frente del vestido y le cosí una tirita cortada en puntas color celeste a modo de terminación. Luego le hice un cinturón con la misma tela celeste y le pegué abrojo para que las niñas pueda ponerlo y sacarlo fácilmente.
Finally, to enrich the whole, I made a shawl with the pink fabric and a lace at the ends (simply a strip of fabric) and a little cart in a celestial tone folding a fabric, cooking it in the shape of a trapezoid and then when I turned it over I sewed a strip of cord forming the handle.
Por último, para enriquecer el conjunto, le hice un chal con la tela rosa y una puntilla en los extremos (simplemente una tira de tela) y una carterita en tono celeste doblando una tela, cociéndola con forma de trapecio y luego al darla vuelta le cosí una tira de cordón formando la manija.
