Siempre que llevo el cabello recogido tengo que usar ganchos u horquillas, debido a los mechones cortos que saltan con la brisa, sin embargo a veces tengo que usar varios de ellos, o a veces olvido donde los guardo.
Llevo varios días pensando en hacer un cintillo de tela, por lo rápido que es de usar y quitar. Hay gran variedad de modelos y colores.
Les comparto las formas que conozco de cómo hacer uno. Pueden ser de distintos tipos de tela, ya sea flexible o no, es posible hacerlos.
Whenever I wear my hair up I always have to use hooks or bobby pins, because of the short strands that jump in the breeze, however sometimes I have to use several of them, or sometimes I forget where I keep them.
I have been thinking for several days about making a fabric headband, because of how quick it is to use and remove. There is a great variety of models and colors.
I share with you the ways I know how to make one. They can be made of different types of fabric, flexible or not, it is possible to make them.
🐦 Cintillo con Tela Flexible.
Es cuando no es necesario agregar alguna goma o elástica, pues la tela puede estirarse, como por ejemplo algunas de material de algodón.
Yo recorté esta tela de algodón rosa bastante flexible.
🐦 Headband with Flexible Fabric.
This is when you don't need to add any rubber bands or elastic, as the fabric can stretch, such as some cotton material.
I cut this pink cotton fabric quite flexible.
Sellé los dos extremos con una costura hasta cerrar un círculo. Mide 4 cm de grosor por 65 cm de largo.
I sealed the two ends with a seam to close a circle. It measures 4 cm thick by 65 cm long.
A esta tela le voy a hacer un moñito que me servirá para ajustarlo al gusto. Y a la vez como adorno.
Se hace con un nudo normal sin costuras.
I am going to make a little bow on this fabric that I will use to adjust it to my liking. And at the same time as an ornament.
It is made with a normal knot without seams.
Este primer cintillo ya está listo, y además de que es tela flexible, si aún es largo se puede ajustar jalando el lazo, y para aflojar jalando los extremos de la cinta.
This first headband is now ready, and besides the fact that it is flexible fabric, if it is still long it can be adjusted by pulling the loop, and to loosen it by pulling the ends of the ribbon.
🐦 Cintillo con Tela que no es flexible (Sin elástica)
Este tipo de tela no estira, sin embargo no utilizaré elástica para este modelo. En este caso cuando no hay una goma que facilite el trabajo, todavía hay un método para elaborar el cintillo.
Voy a usar cordones de zapatos, uno blanco y otro color fucsia.
🐦 Headband with Fabric that is not stretchy (No elastic).
This type of fabric does not stretch, however I will not use elastic for this pattern. In this case when there is no elastic to make the work easier, there is still a method to make the headband.
I will use shoelaces, one white and one fuchsia.
Haré un nudo básico como el que hice con el primer cintillo, solo que este será con doble tela, por lo tanto se ven dos moñitos rosa y blanco.
I will make a basic knot as I did with the first headband, only this one will be with double fabric, so you will see two little pink and white bows.
Cruzaré los dos extremos de la cinta, y sobre ellas ajustaré una más pequeña.
I will cross the two ends of the ribbon, and over them I will adjust a smaller one.
De esta manera.
In this way.
Y listo, este cintillo puede ajustarse o aflojarse al gusto, estirando o jalando los extremos de la cinta.
And ready, this headband can be tightened or loosened as desired by stretching or pulling the ends of the ribbon.
Quedará de esta manera, si la forma del moño no se mantiene se puede acomodar con costura.
It will look like this, if the shape of the bow is not maintained, it can be sewn in place.
🐦 Cintillo con Tela que no es flexible (Con elástica)
En este caso, aunque la tela no estira puedes ayudarte con una goma o elástica.
Utilizaré tela rosa y morada, más una goma. Recortaré la tela de 3 cm de grosor por 40 cm de largo.
🐦 Headband with Fabric that is not flexible (With elastic).
In this case, even though the fabric doesn't stretch you can help yourself with a rubber band or elastic.
I will use pink and purple fabric, plus a rubber band. I will cut the fabric 3 cm thick by 40 cm long.
Este no será un cintillo con moño, la verdad me gustan mucho los moños, pero este modelo lo haré diferente.
This will not be a headband with a bow, I really like bows, but this model will be different.
Luego de cruzar cada tela colocaré una goma al final de cada estreno, esto hará el cintillo flexible, y listo.
After crossing each fabric I will place a rubber band at the end of each stripe, this will make the headband flexible, and that's it.
El modelo se verá de esta manera.
The model will look like this.
Lo más importante es el método, el modelo es al gusto, a mi personalmente me gustan mucho los lazos y las flores. 🎀
