Por acá, seguimos bordando, en esta ocasión les quiero mostrar un poco de lo nuevo trabajo que tengo en mis manos.
Esta vez, estoy bordando unas camisas blancas con un diseño diferente, pero igualmente hermoso. Además, estoy bordando con hilos blancos, sobre blusas blancas.
Este es un reto de otro nivel. Es la primera vez que bordo en un solo tono sobre el mismo color, así como en este caso: blanco sobre blanco.

Here, we continue embroidering, this time I want to show you some of the new work I have in my hands.
This time, I am embroidering some white shirts with a different design, but equally beautiful. Also, I am embroidering with white threads, on white blouses.
This is a challenge of another level. It is the first time that I embroider in one tone on the same color, as in this case: white on white.
En estas fotografías que les comparto se puede observar que apenas estoy comenzando, pues bordaré el diseño en los dos lados de la blusa y aún estoy en uno de los lados.
Transferir el diseño a la tela, fue fácil, pero al dibujarlo con papel carbón en la tela blanca queda bastante negro por más que apenas lo subrayé. De igual manera, siento que es un trabajo de más cuidado porque también el hilo se mancha con la tinta del papel. Sin embargo, sé que al terminar la pieza y lavarla, todo quedará impecable.
In these pictures that I am sharing with you, you can see that I am just starting, because I will embroider the design on both sides of the blouse and I am still on one of the sides.
Transferring the design to the fabric was easy, but when I drew it with carbon paper on the white fabric it is quite black even though I just underlined it. I also feel that it is a more careful job because the thread also gets stained by the ink on the paper. However, I know that when I finish the piece and wash it, everything will be impeccable.
En este bordado estoy usando puntos de cadeneta para rellenar lo que son una especie de ramas de donde brotan flores para las que estoy usando el punto de relleno. También, para delinear los detalles, estoy bordando con punto atrás.
A simple vista, pareciera un trabajo difícil, les confieso que cuando me enfrenté a la blusa en blanco sentí que era un trabajo más complejo, pero no, ha sido fácil y he estado bordando ligerita, he adelantado bastante, lo cual me tranquiliza porque tengo dos blusas más por bordar con este mismo diseño y de igual manera, con hilos blancos sobre blusas blancas.
Cuando tenga esta primera blusa terminada, les mostraré cómo quedó en una próxima publicación.
In this embroidery I am using chain stitch to fill in what are sort of branches from which flowers sprout, for which I am using the filling stitch. Also, to outline the details, I am embroidering with backstitch.
At first glance, it seems a difficult work, I confess that when I faced the blouse in white I felt it was a more complex work, but no, it has been easy and I have been embroidering lightly, I have advanced quite a lot, which reassures me because I have two more blouses to embroider with this same design and in the same way, with white threads on white blouses.
When I have this first blouse finished, I will show you how it turned out in a future post.
