Hoy quiero hablarles de algunas plantas medicinales que tengo en mi hogar,las cuales utilizo para bajar fiebre,dolores fatigas y otras enfermedades a mi familia,obrando con este método debido a la escasez de medicamento y al alto costo de los mismos,se vino reproduciendo estas plantas las cuales son muy buenas y puedo dar fe de ellos.

Las plantas medicinales con la que cuento en mi hogar son las siguientes :

Acetaminofen o atamel.
Buscapina.
Orégano Oregón.
Orégano chiquito.

Pienso seguir cultivando más plantas medicinales por el momento cuento solo con esas.brevemente les daré un pequeño escrito para que utilizo mis plantas.

Plectranthus ornatus Codd es una planta conocida comúnmente como “boldo paraguayo” y en Venezuela como Matica de acetaminofén'. El Boldo es nativo de Sudamérica. También se ha introducido en Europa y África del Norte. Sus hojas se utilizan con fines culinarios, sobre todo en América Latina.
Por otra parte, el fármaco Atamel o Acetaminofén (que también suele ser llamado como paracetamol) es un medicamento con diversas propiedades antipiréticas y analgésicas usado mayormente para tratar los casos de fiebre y algunos dolores leves a moderados.
Generalmente, las personas lo elaboran hirviendo un gramo de estas hojas secas en aproximadamente una taza de agua por espacio de unos 15 minutos en donde posteriormente, se deja reposar la bebida y luego se filtra para su total consumo.

Es una planta medicinal y fácil de cultivar porque no requiere de mucha agua,es ideal para realizar infusiones,recibe el nombre de orégano Oregón debido al tamaño de sus ojalá que son grandes y peludas.
Puede ser utilizado como condimentos en nuestras comida,al igual que planta medicinal para bajar fiebres muy altas y desintoxicar el hígado.

Antiinflamatorio y espasmódico.

Sana heridas:se recomienda triturar las hojas con vinagre y sal y colocarlas en el área alivia también la picazón se hacen infusiones y luego cuando esté fría se lava muy bien la parte afectada, también sirve como expectorantes porque alivia la tos con flema y la otitis,entre muchas otras cosas.

Tenemos la Buscapina:
Como medicina alternartiva, ayuda a desinflamar el sistema digestivo, mantiene los niveles de glucosa en la sangre, aporta vitamina c y previene enfermedades respiratorias como asma, reumatismo o irritación ocular. También se utiliza para trastornos del aparato digestivo, estreñimiento, diarrea o inflamación estomacal.
Tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias por lo que ayuda a reducir la inflamación vaginal y estomacal. Combate el dolor de estómago y problemas como el estreñimiento y la diarrea. Su té es un buen aliado para aliviar la tos y la congestión respiratoria,entre otras cosas.

Orégano chiquito: por aqui se utiliza con ese nombre y es muy común para condimentar y sazonar comidas,también lo usan para hacer té o infusión y tomar con cebolla calientito para el asma.
