Much as I enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life, and all its cultural offerings, it’s a relief to get away to the country. Especially, if that countryside is in picturesque Colombia!
For starters, the pure mountain air is restorative and communing with nature is steadying. We still might not be able to hug one another, with Covid rampant, but that has not stopped this plant from embracing its host tree :)
Of course, it takes work, in setting up a little farm house, but there’s also play and relaxation for the mind, body and soul in the great outdoors.
