Today's (or yesterday's) trip to the forest park was not very profitable this time. The birds were heard, but not seen. They were hiding in the thick grass or dense foliage. And when one took off, it was so fast that I couldn't focus. So I took advantage of the nearby river and lake.
In the first two photos, there is a Mergus merganser, a female with young. In the third photo, there is a frog (Pelophylax ridibundus).
I'm really not a naturalist, www.inaturalist.org helps me determine species 😀🍀
When I didn't do well with the birds, I tried at least flowers. The blue flower is called an orlíček in Czech, it's little eagle, so we still stay with the birds :)
Wild yellow irises grew on the pond. Common daisies, they grow everywhere.
The last photo is not from the forest, but from the garden and it is a riddle: What is blooming for us?
