There is beauty in bleakness.

White skies result from the Atlantic ocean mist and it covered the mountain tops.

However there is no beauty in our scheduled 8pm power black out today, so I have to post earlier.

But for now I will show you some mountain shots that I took throughout the day. It is cold, but not uncomfortably cold and it is always a pleasure to take photos wherever we come or go. I just found the mountain amazing today, even though the lighting was not ideal for photography.
Come and see.

This was early morning and the mountains were covered in the sea mist.

And finally, this photo below kept me intrigued.

We have so many wonderful sights here with the every changing weather patterns, and thankfully there was also just a soft wind. When the houses were built here in the 30's and 40's, they were built according to the weather patterns of the time. They did not have the heavy rainfall that we have nowadays as they only had drizzle rain that lasted for a few days. Today when a storm comes over, it can fill a dam in half a day as the rainfall has increased in strength tenfold.
I can imagine the sights in those days as so much has changed over the years, and they will continue to change in the future.
So for now, this is the best that I could get to show you today and I hope that you will like the sights.

And That's All Friends.
