Friday and our Squirrels.

For some reason I love to post our squirrels on a Friday.

How's it cuzzy, why are you limping? he asked as I sprained my bad knee yesterday.

So I hobbled along after giving him a nut and telling him that I am fine.
I struggle to walk on uneven ground and especially on down slopes as my left knee meets bone to bone and sharp pains shoot up on my leg.
Thankfully they invented something new on the medical front to keep the two bones seperated and I will have it fixed as soon as the specialist returns from holiday.
But enough about me and let's look at the squirrels.

I took the photos late afternoon as you can see here that the afternoon clouds have blanketed the mountains.

Now tell me if you can see both of the terrible twins here?

Drat, I was too late on the button to catch the dove that flew closely over the top of him, but look at his fancy squat.
Almost all of his feet in a row.

Now to show you the effects of our constant wind as it sliced his tail open.

Did I tell you about the wind? This Egyption goose will give you a better idea as it sat in the late sun.

Finally a shot here of our moon and it will again be a full moon in a few days time. I hope that the sky will stay clear so that I can get some nice full moon shots to show you.

By now our Friday is almost over, but we wish all a happy Friday that are behind our South African time. I Know that the Aussies are 7-9 hours ahead of us and they are already in the early morning Saturday times. I have some good friends there and that's why I placed my first post at 12 noon in order to also wish them.

In any case, we hope that you have enjoyed the pictures of our wild squirrel family.

And That's All Friends.
