Come fly into two worlds.

We went on a road trip over the mountain.

The Kite can fly anywhere and he is not limited to a car on the road.

Unfortunately we are and although the kite can see everything, I have to take photos with limited sight from our car.
The morning over the mountain was light with lovely cloudy wisps all over in the sky.
So, come travel with us into two worlds.

A large citrus farm came into view and the trees were blossoming.

Some farm laborers were in the fields doing the thinning out.
Thinning means that if two or three blosooms are close together on one branch, then the extra blossoms are removed and only one blossom is left on the branch. This allows the single fruit to grow bigger and healthier.

A tractor was collecting all of the discarded waste.

Then we crossed the mountain back home into a different world.

The storms normally come over the country from our side, as we are on the southern tip of the African continent.

And yes there was a big storm brewing, so at the other side of the mountain it will soon darken and the rain will arrive.
So we motored into a different world.

Big and imtimidating masses of clouds were crossing at a slow creeping speed.

The mountains were darkened by the storm that was rolling in.

We lived at both sides of the mountain and since we are living here now where the storm was starting, we always find it so strange that in a distance of 45 kilometers over the mountains there is another world of light. We have crossed that mountain many times from the other side to this side and the scenery is at most times totally different.

I had to take these photos from my files as it is very hot here today and I cannot get out to go to take photos.
Tomorrow looks better and we will go down to the beach if we get a chance.

And That's All Friends.
