¡Buenos días amigos! Ayer preparé para el desayuno de mi pequeña Abby y el mío empanadas de avena rellenas con un guiso de pollo y vegetales, para Alys no porque ya estaba en el colegio con una comida totalmente diferente que me pidió, lo que más me gusta de ésta receta es lo fácil que es moldear la masa de harina de avena para realizar las empanadas y lo crujientes que quedan. Las cocine en el horno eléctrico quería freírlas como las tradicionales pero opté por volverlas más saludables sin dejar de ser deliciosas.
