Saludos querida comunidad, quienes me leen regularmente ya me conocen lo suficiente para saber que no descanso hasta haber finalizado un proyecto, porque los proyectos a la mitad causa mucha ansiedad en mi, así que se podría que soy un poco obsesiva con los finales, una vez leí que eso suele ser común en las personas obsesivo compulsivas, como por ejemplo tener que terminar obligatoriamente una frase o no poder estar tranquilo hasta que una secuencia musical o de algún patrón de ruido llegue a su final 😅, así que no podía simplemente hacer los amigurumis de [Sullivan](https://peakd.com/hive-127911/@irenenavarroart/amigurumi-sullivan-monster-inc) y [Mike](https://peakd.com/hive-127911/@irenenavarroart/amigurumi-mike-monster-inc), sin hacer a la niña a quien ellos protegen durante toda la película Monster Inc. Mi hijo Rafael es un poco como yo, así que cuando vio a los dos monstruos previos me dijo que faltaba la niña, así que su exigencia era también igual a la mía, ambos necesitamos ver a los tres personajes juntos. Acá entonces les comparto a la niña a quienes ellos llaman Boo.

My son Rafael is a bit like me, so when he saw the two previous monsters he told me the girl was missing, so I his demand was also the same as mine, we both need to see the three characters together. Here then I share the girl whom they call Boo.

Para este amigurumi usé hilo acrílico para crochet y ganchillo #4 (1,25mm), comencé con el hilo blanco haciendo 6 puntos bajos y luego en la siguiente hilera hice 3 aumentos, para obtener el ancho de la pierna de 9 puntadas. Trabajé con blanco, luego con color piel y luego el morado del pantalón, hice las dos piernas y las uní para hacer el tronco con un total de 18 puntadas. Aparte con hilo rosado hice un circulo de 24 puntadas y continué menguando las puntadas hasta obtener 18, esta sería la parte de abajo de la camiseta de la niña que le quedaba larga, luego uní al tronco y continué, hice algunas disminuciones y dejé el trabajo en suspenso para hacer los brazos.

Para los brazos con hilo color piel hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo y continué por el largo del brazo, luego cambié hilo rosado e hice dos hileras. Hice dos brazos iguales. Coloqué los brazos a los lados del cuerpo y los uní en la siguiente hilera, haciendo disminuciones para obtener el cuello. Luego cambié a color piel hice el cuello y fui haciendo hileras de 6 aumentos hasta obtener el ancho de la cabeza, seguí recto rellené y luego hice las disminuciones hasta cerrar por completo la cabeza.

For the arms with skin color thread I made 6 single crochets in a ring and continued for the length of the arm, then I changed pink thread and made two rows. I made two equal arms. I placed the arms at the sides of the body and joined them in the next row, making decreases to obtain the neck. Bordé la nariz, las orejas y la boca con hilo color piel, en cambio los ojos los y las cejas los bordé con hilo de coser. Con hilo negro hice la parte superior del cabello igual que había hecho la cabeza hasta la mitad, cosí el cabello y con el mismo hilo bordé el flequillo. Con 4 cadenas y 4 puntos sobre las cadenas, hice cada cabello de la coleta de cada lado, en total hice 3 por cada lado. Luego cosí dos cuentas rosadas en cada coleta de cabello.

Una vez hecha la niña tenía que hacer el disfraz, este es un disfraz de que Sullivan y Mike hicieron para que la niña pasara desapercibida en el mundo de los monstruos, donde consideraban que los niños eran tóxicos y ponían en riesgo la vida de los habitantes de ese mundo. Este disfraz fue mi parte favorita de todo el amigurmi, la razón principal es que es de mi color favorito. Comencé haciendo la parte que cubre la cabeza, haciendo puntadas en anillo mágico y haciendo aumentos hasta obtener el ancho deseado, luego hice solo 10 puntadas y las demás las sustituí por cadenas, saltando igual numero de puntadas, en la siguiente hilera hice las puntadas sobre las cadenas, de este modo hice la abertura que permite ver la cara de la niña, repetí esa misma técnica de sustituir puntadas por cadenas y saltar las puntadas para hacer los agujeros donde debían entrar los brazos de la niña. Esta parte del disfraz me hizo recordar a una mariposa cuando esta en su fase de crisálida, eso me pareció muy adorable. Luego con hilo gris hice la parte de los brazos y pies.

This costume was my favorite part of the whole amigurmi, the main reason is that it is my favorite color. I started making the part that covers the head, making magic ring stitches and increasing until I obtained the desired width, then I made only 10 stitches and replaced the rest with chains, skipping the same number of stitches, in the next row I made the stitches on the chains, in this way I made the opening that allows the girl's face to be seen, I repeated that same technique of substituting stitches for chains and skipping the stitches to make the holes where the girl's arms should enter. This part of the costume reminded me of a butterfly when it is in its chrysalis phase, I found that very adorable. Then with gray thread I made the part of her arms and feet.

Con hilo gris hice dos capas del cabello del disfraz, los cosí de manera superpuestas, luego hice los ojos y los cosí en la parte superior. Con hilo blanco haciendo puntadas tipo pico hice los dientes del disfraz.

Este fin de semana fue de mucho trabajo, pero la satisfacción vino al ver el proyecto finalizado, sin embargo, la dicha fue interrumpida por mi salud, aun no se la causa pero me enfermé del estomago y aun estoy enferma al momento de hacer esta publicación, así que deséenme suerte 😁 espero les haya gustado el resultado de la niña Boo.
