Sometimes many of us always ignore this amazing fruit, some even make it uncomfortable when we see it, this is a suggestion from someone's feelings, I myself have experienced this, when I was still in elementary school, let alone consume it just look at the posture of the fruit can make me nauseous. I don't know why this feeling suddenly settled on me. However, when I entered the stage of adolescence, the suggestions disappeared by themselves, even the opposite happened to this beautiful fruit. To this day very often consume it in a raw state, without mixing it with others. I did this on purpose so that the natural flavors contained in it can make the tongue more delicious and delicious.

Sometimes when my appetite is lost in certain months, I often make it a main meal, by cutting it into fine pieces, then adding some other food ingredients, then I let it blend with these ingredients and it will become food from food my main, and the recipe got me hooked. So that my hunger disappeared and turned into fullness.

The recipe I created myself and I named it Sarapan Diet

According to the experience that I have done when my appetite is lost, then when I eat it my hunger disappears, if I consume it at night instead of dinner, it will last until morning.

And, when I wake up in the morning my body feels light and doesn't hurt. It is also one of the ingredients as a meal replacement or as a diet tool, if you want the fat in your body to decrease (My experience)

If you want to try it, then below, I have written some of the ingredients, namely :

A. The materials you have to prepare

  1. Provide 7 tomatoes that are red and clean from decay and traces of dust or ladybug droppings
  2. Provide 7 tablespoons of real honey
  3. One spoon of sugar if you like
  4. Healthy milk (depending on your regional brand) 1 spoon
  5. 1 cm fragrant leaves (pandan leaves) that have been cut

These 5 ingredients are very easy to get in your area, if in our area (for example me) just pick them behind the house, because I intentionally plant, while honey, milk, and sugar, I get from the nearest market.

B. How to process it into something delicious

To process it is also not difficult, because anyone can process it, by :

  1. Take the ingredients, such as red tomatoes, small pandan leaves, wash them thoroughly until they look hygienic
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and adjust to the size of your taste, but small sizes are more crunchy when bitten, then pour into a glass according to the size of the tomato, avoiding it from crumbling (not becoming liquid)
  3. Slice pandan leaves finely to a small size (as described above)
  4. Add milk, and sugar according to the instructions above
  5. Then the last step, wait until the tomato essence blends with the other ingredients, then the drink or food is ready to be consumed

This recipe is not a recipe that is known to the general public, but is based on a family recipe that has been consumed for generations, if any, it is one of similarities or just a coincidence.

And the benefits I have felt so far, basically my weight is stable according to my own height.
