It is an incredible feeling when after a long stay in the city you come to the village. Our spring this year is a little rainy. Therefore, when it is a sunny day, and in addition there is free time, it is a great combination for a walk. I missed my forest. So I take a backpack with a snack and go!
The path begins with a field road. It rained at night, and during the day there were beautiful clouds in the sky. Dandelions, which were yellow a few days ago, grow in an abandoned field.
I am surprised, because near the road I meet spring primrose (Primula veris). These are flowers that bloom in early spring. In the garden they have already been drowned out by other plants, but here it is easier and freer for them.
Це неймовірне відчуття, коли після довгого проживання в місті приїжджаєш в село. Наша весна цього року трохи дощова. Тому коли випадає сонячний день, а окрім того є вільний час то це чудове поєднання для прогулянки. Я скучила за моїм лісом.
Починається шлях із польової дороги. Вночі був дощ, а вдень на небі залишились чудові хмари. На закинутому полі ростуть кульбаби, які ще кілька днів тому були жовтими.
Я здивована, адже біля дороги мене зустрічає первоцвіт весняний. Це квіти, які цвітуть ранньою весною. У саду їх вже давно заглушили інші рослини, але тут їм легше і вільніше.
Little by little I go up the hill, go through abandoned gardens and get acquainted with other interesting plants. I try to observe and find something new! Or learn more about already known flowers. In my temperate climate, flowers are often modest, pale, but they have their own beauty.
Помалу піднімаюсь на пагорб, йду через закинуті сади і знайомлюсь із іншими цікавими рослинами. Стараюсь спостерігати і знаходити щось нове! Або більше дізнаватись про вже відомі квіти.

And so I pass the last house and find myself in the woods. I love my beech forest in all seasons. Now there is a lot of green, emerald hue. It contrasts beautifully with the silver trunks. In some places, last year's brown leaves can be seen on the trails.
Today I try to look under my feet to find interesting plants. In some parts of the forest you can see wild animals, such as roe deer, foxes or badgers. But they are very scary, they are unlikely to be photographed. But these beauties are full here. These are dung beetles.
І ось я минаю останнє житло і опиняюсь у лісі. Я люблю мій буковий ліс в усі пори року. Зараз навколо багато зелені, смарагдового відтінку. Це неймовірно красиво контрастує зі срібними стовбурами. Де-не-де, на стежках видно і торішнє коричневе листя. Сьогодні я стараюсь дивитись під ноги, щоб знайти цікаві рослини. В деяких частинах лісу можна побачити і диких тварин, наприклад сарну, лисиць чи борсука. Але вони дуже лякливі, навряд чи вдасться їх сфотографувати. А ось цих жуків тут повно, як і чорних слимаків.
Lamium galeobdolon is a plant of the nettle family. This is a honey plant, and from its young shoots you can even make a salad (honestly never tried, but anything can happen, just it should be plucked in early spring).

Підмаренник запашний – це багаторічна травяна рослина, що любить тінь і росте у лісах. If I started my journey from a beech forest, I usually end my walk in a mixed forest. Pines, beeches, birches and hornbeams coexist here. Entering the pine part, I immediately feel a pleasant aroma, and the forest already acquires a pink and red hue due to the color of the pine bark.
I noticed that birches do not like the neighborhood of pines, trying to escape from them. Here is a photo I would call "dancing birches", because apparently this is how they look for a place under the sun.
Якщо я почала свій шлях з букового лісу, то завершую свою прогулянку зазвичай у мішаному лісі. Тут співіснують сосни, буки, берези і граби. Увійшовши в соснову частину одразу відчуваю приємний аромат сосен, а сам ліс набуває вже якогось рожевого і рудого відтінку через колір кори сосен. Давно помітила, що берези не дуже люблять сусідства сосен, намагаються від них утекти. Ось це фото я б назвала “танцюючі берези”.

It is interesting to see how such trunks change every year. The bark comes off them, they are covered with moss, then gradually rot and disappear. In search of some comfortable tree to sit on, I came across such a beauty. It is probably a pine, the bark has peeled off it and the work of bark beetles can be seen. They are real designers, right? It's hard to find two identical patterns!
Ось ця частина лісу є найбільш дика, тут дуже багато повалених дерев, які роками лежать і їх ніхто не прибирає.
Люблю спостерігати за поваленими деревами та пеньками. Для якихось комах це цілий світ. Цікаво спостерігати, як з кожним роком такі стовбури змінюються. У пошуках якогось зручного дерева, щоб посидіти, і натрапила на таку красу. Це напевно сосна, з неї облізла кора і видно роботу жуків-короїдів. Вони справжні дизайнери, правда?

Я далі шукаю “своє” повалене дерево. І ось воно. Це мабуть є дуб, якого якась сильна стихія вирвала з корінням. На ньому місце прогулянок для великих лісових мурахів. У цій частині лісу, посеред сосен вони мають кілька великих мурашників. Гіперактивні хлопці))) Зробивши з 20 фото вдалось підібрати для моєї розповіді лише одне... Що ж, нарешті я згадала, що хочу їсти. В компанії поодиноких мурахів я п’ю смачний зелений чай і дихаю вологим приємним повітрям. А Сонце все нижче...
