Today was a beautiful, sunny day and I decided to go for a walk in the woods. I managed to spot some interesting species of mushrooms. Including Tawny funnel cap fungus (Lepista flaccida). The hats of this mushroom look funny. They are as if bent in a wavy way. As if someone had melted the wax and started molding it into a mushroom cap, or made it out of plasticine.
Dzisiaj był piękny, słoneczny dzień i postanowiłam wybrać się na spacer do lasu. Udało mi się wypatrzyć parę ciekawych gatunków grzybów. M.in. gąsówkę rudawą. Zabawnie wyglądają kapelusze tego grzyba. Są jakby powyginane w falisty sposób. Tak jakby ktoś roztopił wosk i zaczął z niego formować kapelusz grzyba, albo ulepił go z plasteliny.
Tawny funnel cap fungus is inedible. Spreads out the litter of deciduous and coniferous trees. Sometimes creates the so-called fairy circles.

Gąsówka jest niejadalna. Rozkłada ściółkę drzew liściastych i iglastych. Czasami tworzy tzw. czarcie kręgi.

Several of these mushrooms grew close to each other. Some even grew on top of each other. Just like in the picture above. The large and the small mushroom grew attached to each other.
Kilka tych grzybów rosło niedaleko siebie. Niektóre nawet na siebie narastały. Tak jak na zdjęciu powyżej. Duży i mały grzyb rosły złączone ze sobą.
