Amazing Nature Contest Entry: Nature and Life

Hello Hivers! Permit me to join this competition of Amazing Nature for the very first time 😁.

Look at how that bee loves to suck the nectar of the Santan flower. It looks like enjoying it which allowed me to take a good shot of it, haha.

When talking about nature lovers, you can count me in as nature becomes my sanctuary every time I'm toxic in this world.

I grew up in a secluded place in our province that is too close to nature where the greenery was our playground, branches of trees were our swings, the canopies were our sheds, and the river was our pool. And our small nipa hut was just located in the middle of nature and our family was blessed with natural products.

A few walks from our home are hills, green fields, and different farms. And nothing can beat living in the countryside so close to nature and away from the bustling and hustling vibes of the city.

Every time I am with nature, I love collecting photographs of its creation. The trees, flowers of different kinds and colors, the calming water of the sea, the mountains, and even the sky. Who doesn't like it anyway? Seeing them makes us relax and their colors are soothing to our eyes.

There are benefits of nature that everyone must know. Despite being in this new generation, we shouldn't take nature for granted as it can even save our lives and well-being. That's the main reason why I love being close to nature as it saves me from being weary and toxic even just for a while before going back to a chaotic city to work. And if I could only abandon my job to live with nature, I would surely make it. But since we have to work to make a living, we could only make this once in a while.

If you aren't aware:

Nature Heals

Being in a chaotic city and working a toxic job can truly make our minds and bodies exhausted so fast. Seems like everything could give us toxic cells that could deteriorate our healthy cells.

If we feel broken and stressed, we can just go up the mountain and we'll be relieved. That's how fast nature heals us. It has become my antidepressant ever since and helped me relieve my body pain by seeing its beauty and colors.

Nature Soothes

Every day, our minds are being bombarded with thoughts and things to deal with. Preoccupied things in our minds make us laggy and heavy and easily feel anxious. And sometimes, things that are tough to deal with could trigger our depression.

Being close to nature helps us cope with it. Its colors and relaxing ambiance would surely heal our aching body and soul. And isn't it soothing to ears listening to the chattering birds, the splashing sounds of water at the falls, as well as the sounds of the dancing trees along with the breeze?

Nature Restores

It's truly amazing how nature could easily restore our negative mood when we are with it. Our fuzzy minds, weary mood, and lazy body would be boosted once we stepped into nature.

And collecting photographs would divert our mood into positive and seeing their beauty make us smile from time to time.

Undoubtedly, nature is truly amazing.
And unbeknownst to many, nature also reminds us about life.

Trees remind us to stay strong and tall, obtain self-growth and strength for us to weather all the storms in life.

Flowers remind us to appreciate our own beauty and confidently bloom despite being in this world full of dirt and mud.

Mountains remind us to dream as high as them and never lose hope and faith towards pursuing our goals in life.

The flowing water of the rivers and seas remind us that the time that has passed will not pass again so we should cherish every single moment and day we have in this world, especially with our beloved ones.

And most especially, sunrise reminds us that each day is a new day, a new beginning, and hope to continue the battle in life. Sunset on the other hand reminds us that despite having a tough day, it always ends beautifully and so we should do the same.

Nature and humans are interconnected and interdependent upon each other and both need each other to survive in this perilous world. We all are created with a purpose and nature always reminds us to see a positive perspective in everything and to appreciate our lives and the beauty of the world.

It is so good to imagine waking up in the morning through the chirping of the birds, feeling the cold breeze, and seeing the beautiful scenery of nature. The vibrant colors of the flowers, the lively dancing branches of the trees, the transition of the falling leaves, the crystal clear water on the stream, the morning dew on the plants - indeed they are refreshing to our minds and can boost our moods to stay positive all day.

A morning jog to stay fit, a quiet stroll with our lovely pet to clear our mind, a catch-up session with our friends under the canopies of the big tree - who doesn't like to experience these anyway? There are so many things to do and enjoy nature every day.

And those are the reasons why I love staying close to nature. I actually wrote articles about nature before which you can read here and here.
