Seeing the bushes and the outskirts of the rice fields starting to be filled with rising grass will definitely feel normal, but behind it all, there is an ecosystem and living things out there.
Without us knowing it, there is a food chain that is up and running there. At first glance, it looks normal, but behind it all, something war for survival is happening.
This is what I have in mind when I visit one of the rice fields near my city, the distance is quite far from my house, I have to use my two-wheeled vehicle to get to the destination.
Luckily, the road I took wasn't too bad and had holes, so it was easy for me to get to the rice fields.
Look at the rice grains that have started to bend down because they are almost full, look at the planthoppers that fill the food chain in the ecosystem that knows how many layers there are here.
Isn't it amazing to see how all of that can be formed and exist in the process of life in an ecosystem that continues to be in a balance point?
I myself mostly take pictures of rice plants, it's always amazing to see rice, starting from seeding, replanting until it grows little by little, and then it's time to harvest. Isn't this amazing?
We often just enjoy cooked rice, or maybe we just buy rice at the market, but have we ever thought about how the process goes from paddy to rice that we eat every day?
Imagine how many creatures are involved in the process to produce the rice we consume, farmers, field plows, not to mention pest disturbances that fill a food chain and life, all of these are things that have been accepted without thinking, without ever wanting to know how to attract them. all this, and how truly amazing nature is.
Take a look at some of the pictures I took below, I hope my friends here like them.
This is my entry for the Amazing Nature Contest - August 2021 - #01.
That's all for this time, if I have the time and opportunity, I will return to visit some interesting places for me to capture in pictures because not everyone has time to see beautiful places, and not everyone has a charming nature, So whoever is still given a beautiful and natural nature, take care of it, take care of nature in its own equilibrium point, so that future generations can still enjoy it.
