Portuguese Natural Wonders (I): São Julião Waterfall (photo report)

In the heart of the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, located in the Northeast part of the Alentejo region (Southern Portugal), you can take refreshing baths in the crystalline clean waters of the São Julião waterfall.

To reach this pristine and unspoiled natural treasure you have to walk a steep path through the woods (with about 1km), which may not be easy for people with limited mobility...

However, the difficult access allows the site to remain clean and safe from human disturbance, contributing to its full natural potential!
