As you know, I am a cactus lover and today my wife spoiled me by buying a new cactus for me 🤭 and well, I took some photos of it. It is a Brasiliopuntia, it is small and already has some flowers that are super small. How did this happen? Well today after a rehearsal I was in the center of Maracay and as we were coming back we saw a lady with her little table at a stand near a plaza and we couldn't help but see her so we passed by and yes, she was selling some small plants and they were mostly cacti and succulents. She already had some cacti that I already have but also others that I didn't have since she is small, the cactus cost 40 Bs since the lady needed to get out of them but they are well cared for and she also gave me some recommendations. Currently I have the cactus on top of the refrigerator since it is so resistant that I can keep it outside for a while to sunbathe and then put it back inside and it looks very pretty. The girl who sold it to me told me that when it is exposed to the sun it turns yellow but when it is in the shade it turns green just like the color you see, I really hope that the flowers will be revealed soon because that is what I ordered it for. hahaha. Cómo saben soy amante de los cactus y hoy mi esposa me consintió comprando un cactus nuevo para mí 🤭 y bueno le tomé algunas fotos. Se trata de una Brasiliopuntia, está pequeño y ya tiene algunas flores que están súper pequeñas. ¿El como pasó ésto? Bueno hoy después de un ensayo estuve por el centro de Maracay y en lo que ya veníamos de regreso vimos a una señora con su mesita en una parada cerca de una plaza y no pudimos evitar verla así que pasamos y si, estaba vendiendo unas pequeñas plantitas y en su mayoría eran cactus y suculentas. Ya ella tenía algunos cactus que ya tengo pero también otros que no tenía como está pequeña, el cactus tuvo un costo de 40 Bs puesto que la señora necesitaba salir de ellos pero están bien cuidados además me dió algunas recomendaciones. Actualmente el cactus lo tengo arriba de la nevera ya que es tan resistente que puedo tenerlo un rato afuera para que tome el sol y luego volver a colocarla adentro y queda muy bonita. La chica que me lo vendió me dijo que cuando está expuesta al sol se pone de color amarilla pero cuando está en sombra se pone verde así como el color que ven, de verdad que espero que pronto se revelen las flores porque lo pedí fue para eso jejeje.
