Week after week our community does not invite us to participate in this wonderful contest Amazing Nature Contest - October 2020 - #02. Now that in our country Venezuela has made the trips a little more flexible, we are organizing ourselves to go out with the necessary precautions in the midst of the pandemic and thus be able to recreate ourselves a little with our children and friends.
Semana a semana nuestra comunidad no invita a participar en este maravilloso concurso Amazing Nature Contest - October 2020 - #02, Ahora que en nuestro país Venezuela han flexibilizado un poco las salidos nos estamos organizando para salir con las precauciones necesarias en medio de la pandemia y así poder recrearnos un poco junto a nuestros hijos y amigos.
The Guatire Valley is located in the north-central part of the State of Miranda. About 15 minutes from the city of Caracas, 15 km from the coast of La Guaira State, to the north, and about 50 km from Higuerote, on the coast of Barlovento. The city is located in a valley, rising to about 320 meters above sea level. To the north is the Cordillera de la Costa, protected by El Ávila National Park.
El valle de Guatire Se encuentra ubica en la parte norte-central del Estado Miranda. A unos 15 min de la ciudad de Caracas, 15 km de la costa del Estado La Guaira, al norte, y unos 50 km de Higuerote, en la costa barloventeña. La ciudad se encuentra en un valle, elevándose a unos 320 msnm. Al norte se encuentra la Cordillera de la Costa, protegida por el Parque nacional El Ávila.
For days my children and I had prepared this trip to El Ávila, exactly to the Samurite Hill, where there are the largest number of waterfalls or wells of unparalleled beauty. The walking time was 4 hours, but as I was going we lay down for 6 hours. Early in the morning we got up to take advantage of the first rays of the sun. When we reached a higher view we could enjoy in total silence the landscape of the city that shelters us every day.
***Desde hace días mis hijos y yo teníamos preparado este viaje hacia el Ávila, exactamente hacia el cerro samurito, donde se encuentran el mayor número de cascadas o pozos de una belleza inigualable. El tiempo de caminata era de 4 horas pero al paso que yo iba nos echamos 6, desde bien temprano nos levantamos para aprovechar los primeros rayos del sol. Al llegar a una vista más alta pudimos disfrutar en un silencio total el paisaje de la ciudad que nos abriga cada día.
The national park "El Ávila" or Warairarepano Park is a beautiful mountain that comes from Caracas and borders the entire state of Miranda to the Mirandina coast.
El parque nacional "El Ávila" o Parque Warairarepano es una hermosa montaña que viene desde Caracas y bordea todo el Estado Miranda hasta la costa mirandina.
The further we went up, the colder it got and the more gusts of wind that brought a few cold drops of rain. It was like this all the way up until we reached a slope where the flower and eucalyptus planters live.
Entre más subíamos el frio era más fuerte y además a cada instante se venían unas ráfagas de viento que traían unas gotas frías de lluvia. Así estuvo todo el camino hasta que llegamos a una ladera que es donde habitan los sembradores de flores y eucalipto.
Little by little, the wells of cold water coming from the mountain were revealed, but we wanted to get to the last one and see who was the brave one who was going to bathe.
Poco a poco se fueron dejando ver los pozos de agua helada que provienen de la montaña, pero nosotros queríamos llegar hasta el último y ver quién era el valiente que se iba a bañar.
The day was passing by in healthy peace and harmony with nature, the soft breeze hit my face and I could only sigh of being among so much beauty after so much confinement because of the pandemic.
El día iba transcurriendo es sana paz y armonía con la naturaleza, la suave brisa pegaba en mi rostro y solo podía suspirar de estar entre tanta belleza después de tanto encierro por la pandemia.
I am from the country and that is why being among so many trees and mountains, land and mountains only make me remember my happy childhood in the midst of my family.
Soy del campo y por eso estar entre tantos árboles y monte, tierra y montaña solo me hacen recordar mi infancia tan feliz en medio de mi familia.
