Ya se aproxima el mes de abril y con él nos llega la primavera. Ya nuestros campos comienzan a florecer y todo se comienza a poner verde y colorido. Recientemente celebramos el día del agua y el próximo 22 de abril es un día dedicado a la tierra. Ojala más personas tomen en serio de verdad estas celebraciones y comencemos a valorar aún más nuestra única nave espacial "La tierra".

April is approaching and with it comes spring. Our fields are beginning to bloom and everything is starting to turn green and colorful. We recently celebrated water day and next April 22 is a day dedicated to the earth. Hopefully more people really take these celebrations seriously and we start to value even more our only spaceship "The Earth".
Hoy los quiero invitar de paseo a la finca donde trabaja mi hermano Alberto, él está a cargo de un lugar hermoso, ubicado en las montañas andinas del Táchira en Venezuela. Allí tiene una gran responsabilidad junto a su esposa Yudeima, juntos tienen mucho trabajo, pero así es la vida en el campo, trabajar para poder producir y ganarse honradamente el pan diario.
Today I want to invite you on a trip to the farm where my brother Alberto works, he is in charge of a beautiful place, located in the Andean mountains of Táchira in Venezuela. There he has a great responsibility together with his wife Yudeima, together they have a lot of work, but that's life in the countryside, working to be able to produce and earn honestly the daily bread.
Al llegar a la finca te recibe un hermoso pavo real azul, espectacular, su color deslumbra e irradia en todo el lugar.
Parece que cuando nos vio no le gustó mucho que viniéramos a merodear en sus terrenos, pero luego muy elegantemente abrió su cola y nos recibió con su hermoso plumaje.
Arriving at the farm you are greeted by a beautiful blue peacock, spectacular, its color dazzles and radiates throughout the place.

Esta tierra es vendita por todos lados, ese día estaban recogiendo moras para llevar a vender a la ciudad y nosotros encantados ayudamos a recoger pero para llevar a nuestras casas y comimos tantas que nos fuimos con la boca muy roja.

Mi hermano dedica horas a estos cultivos y ya es todo un experto en el tema. La mora es muy costosa y se da solo en el frio. Es muy buena para hacer jugos, vinos y tiene muchas propiedades para la salud.

Esta parte me dio mucha risa, porque mi hermano tiene que amamantar a los cochinitos y darle unas vitaminas para su crecimiento y mientras sostiene a uno en sus brazos los otros dos están abajo en sus pies como esperando que él los tome para darles su porción.
This part gave me a good laugh, because my brother has to nurse the piglets and give them some vitamins for their growth and while he holds one in his arms the other two are down on their feet as if waiting for him to pick them up to give them their portion.
Mi sobrino estuvo ese día con nosotros y vivió un día especial. A Gustavo solo le importa el campo, siempre está pendiente de la hora para ir a ordeñar o recoger los becerros por las tardes. Él ama el campo, es un niño humilde, educado y yo lo quiero mucho. Este niño me dejo sorprendida en diciembre, porque cuando le pregunté qué le había pedido al niño Jesús me dijo: _Un reloj tía, para estar pendiente de la hora y que mi abuelo no se le haga tarde para ir a buscar las vacas.
My nephew was with us that day and experienced a special day. Gustavo only cares about the field, he is always looking for the time to go to milk or pick up the calves in the afternoons. He loves the fields, he is a humble, polite boy and I love him very much. This child left me surprised in December, because when I asked him what he had asked the baby Jesus for, he said: _A watch, aunt, to keep track of the time so that my grandfather would not be late to go get the cows.
Por fin en la tarde nos fuimos contentos, mi hermano como siempre se portó muy bien con nosotros y nos hizo pasar un día maravilloso.
Finally in the afternoon we left happy, my brother as always was very good to us and made us have a wonderful day.
