This photo is a photo last weekend, I also want to share the benefits of enjoying the beach for lung health. I conclude the writing below from some of the readings that I can.

Research conducted by experts in Germany in the journal Practice and Clinic of Pneumology proves that beach air does have benefits for lung health.
This means that people with respiratory problems such as asthma can enjoy the atmosphere of the sea as well as undergo therapy to help relieve asthma symptoms naturally.

Beaches and seas are located in the lowlands which have more oxygen than places in the highlands such as mountains. This is because Earth's gravity holds oxygen on the Earth's surface.
According to an allergist at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Jonathan A. Bernstein, the wind blowing on the beach can repel various allergens and irritating agents. The Director of Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn, Cascya Charlot also added that usually on the beach the amount of pollen carried by the wind is much less.

It means, clean sea air can make breathing easier, especially for people with asthma or other lung problems.
The air you breathe at sea or on the beach contains tiny droplets of sea water. These droplets are rich in salt, iodine and magnesium. All three function as aerosols that will stimulate immune reactions in the respiratory organs.
