ဒီပန်းပွင့်လေးတွေ မြင်ဖူးကြမယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။ သေးငယ်တဲ့ပန်းပွင့်လေးတွေဖြစ်ပေမယ့် လှပတာကိုမြင်ရတယ်။ အပွင့်တွေအများကြီးပွင့်တတ်သလို အသီးတွေလည်း အများကြီးသီးပါတယ်။ အချို့အပင်တွေကတော့ အပွင့်တွေအများကြီးပွင့်ပေမယ့် အသီးအများကြီးမသီးပါဘူး။

အချို့အပင်ကအသီးက ချဉ်တဲ့အရသာရှိသလို အချို့အပင်ကအသီးက ချိုတဲ့အရသာရှိတယ်။ အများအားဖြင့်တော့ ချဉ်တဲ့အရသာရှိတဲ့ အပင်ကများပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးတဲ့အခါမှာလည်း အချဉ်သီးကို အသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။ ငယ်ငယ်တုံးကတော့ အဲဒီအသီးကို ခူးပြီး နည်းမျိုးစုံနဲ့ စားပါတယ်။

အသီးမှာ အနားစောင်းများပါရှိတဲ့အတွက် အသီးကို ဓားနဲ့ဖြတ်ကြည့်တဲ့အခါ ကြယ်ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ဖြစ်ပေါနေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် ကြယ်သစ်သီး (Star Fruit)လို့ ခေါ်ပါတယ်။(မြန်မာလိုကတော့ စောင်းလျားသီးပါ။)
