This photo of what is known as a starfish, and I obtained this photo on a trip for an elective subject at the central university of Venezuela, in the penultimate semester of my degree in biology, where I took the subject of advanced ecology, in where the trip to various places in the Venezuelan geography was planned, among which was the Toque archipelago.

It is a paradisiacal tourist site in Venezuela, which is not easy or cheap to go to, it has beautiful views of the islands, surprising beaches and the option of doing recreational diving, where we can see several marine species among which is this starfish that When you see it with those waters you can see a beautiful effect,

This species is an ECHINODERM, BENTHONIC species, that is, animals that spend their lives at the bottom of the sea and feed, are born, grow and die there. These species are characterized by having PENTARADIAL symmetry, that is, similar to a 5-pointed star with its mouth located in the center.

Está foto de lo que se conoce como una estrella de mar, y está foto la obtuve en un viaje de una materia electiva en la universidad central de Venezuela, en el antepenúltimo semestre de licenciatura en biología, donde metí la materia de ecología avanzada, en donde se planifico la salida a varios sitios de la geografía venezolana, entre los cuales estaba el archipiélago de los toques.

Está paradisíaco sitio turístico de Venezuela, que no es sencillo no barato para ir, posee una hermosa vistas de las islas, unas playas sorprendentes y la opción de hacer buceo recreativo, dónde podemos ver varias especies marinas entre las cuales está está estrella de mar que al verla con esas aguas se ve un bello efecto,

Está especie es un EQUINODERMO, especie BENTONICA, es decir, animales que pasan su vida en el fondo del mar y se alimentan, nacen, crecen y mueren allí. Estás especies se caracterizan por tener una simetría PENTARADIAL, es decir, similar a una estrella de 5 puntas con su boca que se ubica en el centro.
