Halley is a July baby... thanks to lockdown I have unlock "baking with airfryer" skill... I have been making my girls'birttday cake since... All of us love cheesecake, luckily cheesecake can be made within baking...
But there's a slight mistake I made today ๐ I forgot the baking paper ๐๐๐... But I did brush some melted butter on the mould... ๐ค๐ค๐ค Hopefully tomorrow we will have a beautiful basque burnt cheesecake...
Ingredients:
Cream cheese
Whipped cream
Flour
Eggs
Sugar
Salt
Pandan leaves
This is a simple fail proof cheesecake... And really simple steps... Just mix everything and put into airfryer... And after the cake cools down, put into the fridge and leave it overnight. And then the cheesecake will be ready!!!
Initially thought wanna go out for dinner, but then since I was already in the kitchen making the cake, I thought might as well make dinner too. So we stay at home all day today...
What we have for dinner? Stir fried choy sum and mushroom with minced meat.
