Senta que lá vem textão! Estive me perguntando, por que é tão difícil trazer as pessoas do lado de fora para a #Hive? Qual é o maior problema que temos para selecionar e apresentar nosso mundo como o futuro das pessoas?
Estou em conversa com mais 2 pessoas próximas, apresentando e mostrando como a Hive funciona, que aqui é um lugar onde você realiza postagens (coisa que todos já fazem lá fora) só que com o diferencial de que somo remunerados.
Se não me falha as contas, já convenci 5 pessoas a criarem a conta e expliquei o básico da Hive, o que ainda é muito convenhamos, mas o negócio não vai para frente. A adesão é meteórica, durando poucos dias ou talvez nem isso.
Então vem a pergunta: “mas, porquê?” O que é tão difícil assim? Eu não consigo efetuar o cálculo, pois na minha mente a Hive seria:
- Investimento financeiro zero + aplicação de tempo = remuneração.
É uma coisa de louco, como as pessoas não vêm aos montes? É algo que posso fazer da minha casa, no conforto, sem trabalho físico, sem patrão, utilizando apenas a mente (em alguns casos), falando do que gosto, conhecendo pessoas novas e entre outros motivos.
Qual é o problema? Falo com as pessoas e elas dizem: “é Bitcoin?”, “é golpe?”, “investir zero e ganhar muito não existe!”, enfim, várias respostas sempre negativas.
Como já me adaptei, sempre falo que não ficaremos ricos com a Hive, mas serve como um segundo emprego, uma segunda fonte de renda. Muitas pessoas de outros países estão sobrevivendo graças a Hive e o mundo precisa saber disso! Isso aqui está segurando as pontas de muita gente.
Levanto os fatos e na tentativa de entender o que é mais complicado:
- A cultura imediatista onde você posta 1 vez e quer ganhar $1.000?
- Preguiça?
- Falta de suporte na linguagem nativa?
- Baixa remuneração? Demora em juntar um valor considerável?
- Perigo de golpe? Scam? Falsas promessas?
- Criar textos e ser remunerado é estranho? Ilusório?
- Interface confusa? Muita informação?
Essas são só algumas, nem vou por tudo para não ficar gigante (mais) das coisas que escuto. Então com essa dificuldade toda, fico pensando, será ser mesmo loucura? Será que da para levar a Hive como uma segunda fonte de renda e talvez até como uma primeira?
Prefiro e escolho sim, acreditar e por mais que seja complicado trazer novas pessoas para este mundo, por mais que o pensamento de desistir e deixar em segundo plano essa tentativa de despertar as pessoas para a web3, continuarei tentando, até que consiga mostrar para todos que este é o futuro.
O caminho é longo e árduo, mas gosto de um bom desafio.

Feel that here comes the texture! I've been wondering, why is it so hard to get people outside to #Hive? What is the biggest problem we have to select and present our world as people's future?
I'm in conversation with 2 other people close by, presenting and showing how Hive works, that here is a place where you make posts (which everyone already does abroad) but with the differential that we are paid.
If the math doesn't fail me, I've already convinced 5 people to create the account and explained the basics of Hive, which is still a lot to be honest, but the business doesn't go forward. Adherence is meteoric, lasting a few days or maybe not even that.
Then comes the question: “but why?” What is so difficult? I can't do the calculation, because in my mind the Hive would be:
- Zero financial investment + time application = remuneration.
It's a crazy thing, how do people not come in droves? It's something I can do from my home, in comfort, without physical work, without a boss, using only my mind (in some cases), talking about what I like, meeting new people and among other reasons.
What is the problem? I talk to people and they say: “is it Bitcoin?”, “is it a Scam?”, “investing zero and earning a lot doesn't exist!”, in short, several always negative answers.
As I've adapted, I always say that we won't get rich with Hive, but it serves as a second job, a second source of income. Many people from other countries are surviving thanks to Hive and the world needs to know about it! This here is holding the ends of a lot of people.
I raise the facts and in an attempt to understand what is more complicated:
- The short-sighted culture where you post 1 time and want to win $1,000?
- Laziness?
- Lack of native language support?
- Low pay? Does it take time to gather considerable value?
- Danger of blow? Scam? Fake promisses?
- Creating texts and getting paid is weird? Illusory?
- Confusing interface? A lot of information?
These are just a few, I don't even go for everything so I don't get giant (more) of the things I hear. So with all this difficulty, I keep thinking, is it really crazy? Is it possible to take Hive as a second source of income and maybe even as a first one?
I prefer and choose yes, to believe and as complicated as it is to bring new people into this world, as much as the thought of giving up and leaving in the background this attempt to awaken people to web3, I will keep trying, until I manage to show it to everyone that this is the future.
The path is long and arduous, but I like a good challenge.
