📷 White Mountains, Brown Mountains

Tajik National Park (or The Pamir National Park — previous name), Tajikistan. The photo was taken on the road from Lake Karakul towards Kyrgyzstan. What a contrast between snow-white and snowless mountains and land! It is interesting and unusual to see such a distinct border, and meanwhile, a little further in the mountains, snow is visible almost at the height of the road. Of course, there was snow here too, but for some reason it didn't linger on the slope of the nearest mountain. A majestic landscape!

It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.
